Had a problem with ac they came in and diagnose fan motor wasn’t working and I ask them chk everything else like Freon gas and compressor tech said everything else in good shape replaced fan motor and it didn’t work next day called bk new tech came said low on Freon and also compressor not working
I said previous tech from ur co said everything looks good he said I don’t know what he said tech was very
Unprofessional co is suck.... guys be careful....

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Took almost 3 weeks to come out, then came out and said oh we can’t get a part. Waited another week, then supposedly fixed it.. about 4 weeks later it’s not working again! Don’t use!!! Never once got an apology or anything that is professional of customer service!

Started the project in May with heritage ran out of freon three times, three times they were back out 2 patch the same free online and then on the fourth try told me I needed a new compressor and that it needed a new compressor cuz of my negligence running the compressor out of freon was my fault then propose to charge me or a new compressor charge me $20 / the price for a city inspection when they only had two ask for it online instead of going down to the city not a good experience at all
