Over the past few years, my family and I have used Cool Casa on several occasions. They are ALWAYS professional, extremely kind, and knowledgeable. Stan has been our technician on numerous occasions and is extremely friendly, professional, courteous, and explains the problem and solution very well. They are prompt and trustworthy! I have recommended them and will continue to do so! We trust them and appreciate their integrity!!

Casa. The technician (Stan) arrived on time was extremely knowledgeable and went found the problem quickly and resolved it. Then Stan took time to share some knowledge on some other items to improve our system efficiency but didn't try and push a sale. I will definitely use them again.

Stan Warren came out to check our upstairs AC that stopped working. This guy... He not only took care of the problem, but he made sure to keep me updated through the whole process. He treated our home with care like it was his own and never acted like he was being put out, even when unexpected issues arose. Dude is a legend.

I've used Cool Casa for several maintenance items, but this time I needed to have repair/replacement work done to my HVAC system. I can't even express how awesome they were. Arrived exactly on time, extremely professional and very thorough - even identified a leak. Cool Casa will be my company hence-forth. I was dreading the work, but it was so painless.

Cesar came out to check our upstairs AC unit that had stopped working. He was very professional and honest with me. He showed me prof of everything that would need to be replaced and fixed. I felt very at ease with this company. They were always on time and very respectful of my home. I had my upstairs unit replaced by a different local Rockwall company that is very much recommended around here, we’ll come to find out the over charged us for installing used parts that obviously broke down much quicker than anticipated. But with the help of the Cool Casa team they have put my worries at ease with this new replacement of my AC system they ensured me everything was new and installed correctly as the other company failed to do the first time and lied to us.

Stan was truly helpful in explaining everything about my system in how it was working and not working. He took the time to make everything was checked and operational. At the end it was missing refrigerant to help cool house. Now it’s cooling down much faster and more comfortable. Thank you!
