Ten months ago Arthur pond owner of Art Electric HVAC was hired to replace three units in our house namely Two 3.5 tons and one 5 tons. Starting price was way lower than what we ended up paying him. The sharp increase in the price according to him was because of pandemic.I respected that and we moved on completing the job. Our house was under construction and we were not leaving in the house. Two months ago at the beginning of colder climate we moved in our home. We realized that one of the units is not warming up. I called and texted him. I had the feeling that he doesn’t have any appetite to come and fix the problem. Our contract indicates that Art electric and HVAC has given us two years of labor and parts warranty.
Finally, he comes in and said that he needs a part to order. He left and took him three weeks to come back. Anyhow, he comes in changes the part. I go to attic to see if that part resolved the problem. While the mother board of the unit was signaling yellow light which warns that the unit wasn’t functioning properly, he closed the cover. Once I asked him about the situation he said some nonsense and left. To me it appeared that he doesn’t have the knowledge to fix it. Or, because of the warranty situation he doesn’t want to invest any of his time.
We paid him $32000.
Stay away from this company. I’m 61 years old and this is my very first negative review. I believe honest reviews will encourage the business owners to watch how they conduct their business.

Art does a great job. Not only does he know HVAC systems but he is also an electrician. I have used him for several different houses from repairs to full system installations and each job was done with quality. His name is on the company and he stands by his brand.

I dealt with Art Pond, the owner. He was very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I had 2 prior quotes for issues and repair costs for my HVAC system. Art did not exaggerate any of the problems and he did not try to over sell the solution. Art sold us a quality HVAC system at a fair price (better system at a lower price than quoted by the other two companies). Art's crew installed the new HVAC system. They were always on time, professional, knowledgeable (problem solvers). We couldn't be happier with the overall experience and the final outcome in dealing with Art Inc, Electrical & HVAC.

Art installed my two HVAC units and their work and product services are excellent. I had to call onetime in the night to check my heating unit, without any hesitation Mr. Art came right away and checked and fixed it. I will recommend them to anyone.

I woke up on a Sunday morning after a hard freeze to realize that the heat wasn't working! I got a recommendation for Art Electric & HVAC and left them a message, hoping that I could get an appointment for the next week. To my surprise, Art was available that evening to drop by and have a look at it. He popped off the cover, spotted the problem instantly - a blown fuse - and ran out to his truck to replace it. Problem solved, and the blessed heat started blowing again. His service call fee was more than reasonable, especially for a same-day weekend visit!

On top of that, he was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He didn't even want to make a fuss about the weekend thing. I'd recommend him to friends and family alike. He's made a customer for life.

Art and his team went above and beyond in their work. Their professionalism is astounding, and they are very trustworthy. He gave us exactly what we needed and was very fair in pricing. I will use and recommend Art any chance I get.

Art came out last minute on a Tuesday evening and was able to get our AC back up and running. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the only part that needed repair. This is an honest company who does business the right way. Highly recommend!
