Cole came out and got our AC checked, and even though we still need a part, he got us up and running so we weren’t without AC any longer while we wait on the needed part. I highly recommend Lyon’s for any and all AC repairs. He was very upfront and honest about all of the repair and replacement options, didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. They gained a customer for life!

I’m so happy with the service I received from Lyons A/C. Our unit went out in 100 degree temps and they were able to come out the same day for diagnostics and repair. The young man who did the repairs was courteous, professional and quick to diagnose the issue. They have definitely won my business!

The technician was very knowledgeable. He found an issue with a condensation drain tube and corrected the issue. I was using a competitor of Lyons and they never inspected that particular drain tube. He was extremely thorough and professional.

Had Lyons come out for a second opinion on service recommendations from another company. Cole was very professional, personable and open about needed service as well as services that were not necessary. He represented Lyons well and I recommend calling Lyons for any ac/heating isssues.

They do an excellent job. When I moved in to my house there were two A/C systems. They have replaced one and I have maintained the other one. Whether it is the sales team, install, or repair every employee has been pleasant, calm, competent, and efficient. They are who you should call.

I just bought an ac from them not even a year ago in June of 2022. We’re on a maintenance plan with them and our new ac has been crapping out on us. About 2 weeks ago the tech told me it was the blower motor fan and said he would call us the next day to install, he never called. We contacted on Friday for update, the receptionist said the part hadn’t come in. I would’ve appreciated a courtesy call to give me an update, I told him and he said it was the schedulers responsibility to contact us for updates.

He came yesterday morning and spent about 4 hours putting a blower motor fan and said it was all working properly.

Today the ac unit gave us the same error message, It’s a communication error messaged

We contacted Lyons again and told them that it’s brand new ac and even haven’t finished paying on it, this new ac shouldn’t be going out on us like that. Lyons told me that it was probably a manufacturer error and that’s why the blower motor went out so quickly.

I’m a little frustrated with this company so far because when I contact them, they don’t seem too helpful. The schedulers can’t give me an exact date and time when the tech will come. The tech gave false hope, made it seem like the part was a common one and he would install it the next day. Another reason is no one gave me an update on info about where the part was (the receptionists didn’t call).

We were out ac for a week, I also my 97 year old grandpa living with me and it was uncomfortable in the house.

I’m a little uncertain about this new relationship I’ve acquired with this company. It’s not going too well. I’m frustrated that my brand new ac has crapped out and the first time a Lyons AC tech comes to repair it, it breaks again or isn’t completely repaired.

They’re suppose to be coming out tomorrow 4/26 (not sure what time). This is our family’s first purchase of an AC, is it common for them to break before a year? I don’t think so.

They came, it was fixed. The tech told me upon installation it was configured to 4 wires and it had to be taken down to two.

Where do I begin!! This company Lyons air conditioning and heating AKA THE LIAR!! Came to my home and replaced a air conditioning unit which I paid almost $4,000 on I’ve been having nothing but issues with.The unit was supposedly new and is still under warranty. However, it keeps going out every year since it’s been installed. At this point I don’t believe this will ever get resolved I just want to let everyone know beware of this company. Don’t waste your money! Use at your own risk!

Our heater wasn’t working, so we called for an appointment around 1:45pm. We were told that they would be out between 6pm-10pm. That was not a problem as it is one of the coldest days so far and 3 days before Christmas. Our technician, Cole was awesome. He arrived before the scheduled time and was very professional. He fixed the issue all before 3pm. We will most definitely call Lyon’s for all of our ac/heating needs!
