Great service! We’ve used them before and they are always able to come out quickly when needed. Cole is friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. He figured out the issue with our A/C pretty fast and was able to have it up and running smoothly in no time. Will definitely use them again!

Five star performance. From the call to the facility through the departure of the technician, well done and professional. Best value amongst the competitors, no wishy washy deals or odd exceptions. We were so pleased that we signed up for the annual service deal which will save us $17 per year. That’s not a massive savings but recall their price was lower than the competition.

Cole was our service technician this time and did a great job! He tested all of our equipment and found that only the thermostat was out. He replaced it and we were good to go. He also found a part that was weakening and informed us of his find. No pressure to replace it at that time although I had him there so I asked him if he could replace it. He did and now in all set. These guys do phenomenal work, they do not pressure you to buy anything. I recommend these guys 100%!

I would recommend Lyons AC & Heating over and over again! I don't know if Larry went out of his way for us, but it sure felt like it. We didn't expect an install for a few hot miserable days due to national shortages, but he made it happen earlier than expected. If you're looking for an honest family owned company that will get the job done and provide exceptional service, you've found them!

I've used Lyon's twice now and they have been excellent both times. They replaced a capacitor for us last year and the tech was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He even walked me through what he was doing and how to test for different issues as he went along.
The second time was a summer tuneup and again they were great. My wife met Larry Lyons and said he was incredibly kind and approachable and again he did a great job getting the system cleaned up.

I needed to upgrade 3- 20 yr old heat pump systems. I collected bids from different companies. Lyons gave the best value. Johnny Lyons was professional and presented a very detail bid with add-ons that made it hard to beat. He was available day or night to answer questions. Once selected Larry Lyons and the install crew came on time. The crew was fairly quick given the number of systems to change out. They left the job site very clean. David from Lyons came out to make adjustments and double check the work of the install crew during the final inspection. He demonstrated great knowledge of the system and took the time to explain the various settings on the new thermostats. Overall, a great experience and I have no qualms recommending Lyons to my friends.

My AC went out on a Friday evening in August. I called the dispatch number Saturday morning before they were open, and had a call back within 30 minutes to schedule service. A couple of hours later David was at my house. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Or house was cool again by Saturday evening. Overall a great experience. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly all around!

Our AC failed and Lyons provided the best options and prices for replacement. They are courteous, professional and know their business. No games or gimmicks, just facts and meeting all commitments. They gave the best labor warranty; again standing behind their work. We were very satisfied and would recommend and use again!
