Third, they resolved the issue quickly and provided me with additional feedback on maintaining the system.

The tech was very good and presented a very professional manner. He explained everything he was going to happen. Determined all was in good condition.

Entered a service request in the evening on the 4th of July knowing I wouldn’t receive a call back until the 5th. Received a call back in the morning of the 5th and a service tech was out before noon to make the necessary repairs. During this time of the year this is unheard of. Great service and response.

Blake gave us an exceptional service, he was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. He is professional, courteous, prompt and handled everything perfectly. He is the best!

From first contact with Barbara in the office, to working with our service tech, Cole, we were treated with respect and kindness. Barbara helped us shift our appointment around when we needed to change our own schedule. Cole kept us posted on his estimated arrival time, and was very respectful with our home and equipment. He helped us understand our AC units better and didn’t mind going above and beyond when we needed our emergency condensation line examined. Very happy with the value and service of Lyons!

The 3 service techs we dealt with were all professional and polite. The needed repair was explained clearly with options provided. My only gripe is the day of repair we were told an 8am-12pm window, but the techs didn't show up until almost 1pm. Considering this was a Saturday it would've been nice to know they were running late and had given us an ETA. It wouldn't keep us from using Lyons again though.

I highly recommend Lyon’s Heating and Air! They have always been wonderful about coming out quickly, assessing our system, and providing honest feedback. If they say something needs to be repaired, I trust that they are telling the truth and will fix it right the first time! I appreciate that Lyon’s Technicians are not commission based, because I feel it leads to a more honest and straightforward evaluation. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Larry Lyons and the team were exceptional in their service in removing our two old systems and installing the new ones. Lyons took the time to work with us to fit our budget and still give us a reliable quality system that would suit our needs.

Steven from Lyons Heating and Air came over to our new home after the AC went out. He found the solution and also found out the system was still under warranty, which saved us quiet a bit of money. Very appreciative of the service and quickness of the service.
