We recently moved into an older house which had some AC and thermostat problems and called up these local guys, they sent out a tech named Cole and he did a great job; he was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He replaced some components on the units and helped us set up our smart thermostats, everything works great now.

Appointment to address AC not working was made within 1 business day which is a decent turnaround time. Would be extra nice if they offered emergency weekend work. The tech was on time, polite and straight forward. Great experience overall!

Cole showed up on time. I liked that I got a notification letting me know he was on his way. He was very meticulous and professional. During his systems check he found some discrepancies that were done by the last business I used. He fixed the issues and explained why it should be fixed. I never felt like I was being upsold on anything. Lyons has earned my business. Give them a try and won't be disappointed.
