Lyons Air Conditioning and Heating

Lyons A/C continues to earn our business, year after year. Our July 2020 appointment consisted of regular tune-up / check-ups, as well as diagnostics and repairs of a minor leak we didn't know existed. The technician not only made sure everything was functioning properly, but explained the "Why" and answered all of the "What If?" questions we had. Lastly, the tech went above and beyond to call me at work (could not be home for the appointment) to make certain my wife and I were on the same page with all the repairs, costs, and preventative maintenance we can do ourselves to keep both units running 100% through the Texas heat. Thank you to the Lyons Team for being trustworthy professionals that put your customers, and our families, first.

I called around 830 am, and got an appt window beginning at 10Am. Cole arrived at beginning of window and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly through a series of 3 parts that were broken. Had the parts with him and got the unit running again. Within 1.5 hrs. This was my best experience with an HVAC company.

Lyon's AC and Heating was superb! They replaced capacitor in both units and the guys were very nice and knowledgeable. Great summer tuneup and again they were great. My wife met Larry Lyons and said he was incredibly kind and approachable and again he did a great job getting the system cleaned up.

I highly recommend Lyons. They responded on the same day we called. The one who assisted us was professional, friendly, and courteous. Lyons will be the first we call in the future for our air conditioning and heating needs.

Zach came today to our home, which is new to us. We have 3.5 and 4 ton air conditioning units and were alerted by the system that it needed routine maintenance. We called Lyons because they have great reviews.

No wonder! Zach took the time to tell us how our units work and what we need to do every quarter to keep them running smoothly. He even went a step further by showing us the warning signs of a malfunction and where those symptoms would appear.

We are signing a maintenance contract with Lyons and it’s because Zach obviously knew what he was talking about and is trustworthy. My husband and I are confident he will take good care of us.

Very professional and polite. My units could not be repaired, and they replaced it all. They really went above and beyond for us. They even lent us portable air conditioning units that worked perfectly until our new ac and thermostat were installed. I’d recommend them to everyone. Larry was so kind and respectful! They all where really.

Very good with communication worked with my schedule. Tech was very informative and explained everything very well. Took his time and did a complete job.

The customer service (esp. communicating via text/email important info such as date/time of scheduled service, when technician was on the way, etc.) was exceptional.

Our AC went out on a Saturday at 2pm with temperatures in the mid 80's in the middle of the Covid - 19 lock down. I had very low expectations of getting a service technician to help us anytime soon. I spoke with Gabby who was polite and professional and after a minute she was able to confirm that a technician would be at my house, Four minutes later I received a text from David the technician confirming he would be there between 3pm-5pm and it included his photo for security. 30 minutes later I received another text that David was on his way arriving shortly before 3pm and completed the job in less than an hour. He was able to identify all areas of concern immediately and provided helpful solutions to avoid future issues. David was very polite, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend him and I am confident that the rest of the Lyon's team is of similar character and worthy of your business.

Lyons Air Conditioning and Heating is my go to for all my air and heating needs. They have wonderful customer service and truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I never have to worry because I know if any trouble with my units should arise Lyons will be there to fix them. I highly recommend this company 100%!
