I called in the morning and they were able to have someone out before noon to check on our AC. Michael Corey was our technician and he was great. Good service, professional, on time, and very informative. We will be using Koala again in the future.

Worked with Martin and his team of installers for a new complete AC installation. From the beginning everyone was very patient and educational to help me balance the system I need with the one want. The team was efficient and fast during an early morning installation. The biggest takeaway was how much better the overall experience was with Koala Cooling than all other services nearby. I would give stars if I could!

One of my AC units started acting up, so I called Koala Cooling to come out and do an inspection. My Ambassador arrived on-time and quickly checked the systems over. After a quick diagnosis, we determined a path forward. He has been nothing but professional, explaining the issue, the course of action and the options that I was able to weigh-in on. This is a great Local company, with great people.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with the Koala team this past week. Service manager Martin, Renee in the main office, and service technician Robert worked tirelessly on a challenging repair to our HVAC system in record heat. We appreciated how responsive they were (even after hours) and how they genuinely cared about making things better for our family. Their diligence and kindness is something that's becoming more and more rare these days and it's even more unusual to find it across an entire team. We highly recommend them.

First time emergency service, as our AC quit working in 90+ heat with an infant and toddler at home. Excellent communication from the start. I really appreciated the text communication letting me know who would come out and when. Robert, the technician, also called to communicate his ETA. He was professional, friendly, informative and most importantly fixed our AC!! I’m very impressed!! I appreciated that he thoroughly explained what the issue was and tested it before leaving. Huge thanks to Robert and Koala for taking care of my family and I!!

Koala Cooling was super responsive - I got a call back within 20 minutes of filling out the service request form online! From there I received a call, email and text reminding me about my appointment and telling me what to expect. I got a call from Mr Payne when he was on his way - he was prompt and professional, even taking the time to make sure I understood his and the company's background and experience, and their priorities and values before starting work.

For the past two weeks, we've praised Mr Payne's amazing work and declared how grateful we are for his thorough and exemplary work. The gift of having a working air conditioner in this heat cannot be overstated, and we are now lifelong Koala Cooling fans and evangelists!

Michael Corey had come out and serviced our AC two times. Each time he gave suggestions on better ways for us to keep the maintenance on our 22 year old AC unit. When we were ready he worked with us on the best unit for our home. Everything went smoothly. The installation team came out and replaced the entire system in about 4 hours. There is a big difference from the old unit to the new unit. Thanks Koala!!

Koala Cooling is 100% Koala-Fied to work on my ac system. They came out & did a temporary fix till my new system came in. Martin found my new Lennox system & had it installed quickly. The city inspector came out & past the job with flying colors & said "Now this is a professional install"

These folks were super responsive. the person who made and adjusted my appointments was super nice and the person they sent out to do the repair was really great! he was really nice, listened to what I was saying was wrong and let me know exactly what was going on and what he was doing to fix the issue. then he double checked everything before he left. The only complaint I have is that the weekend fee just to do the diagnostic was really expensive $179. I totally understand that workers deserve to be paid extra on the weekend so I paid it without too much complaint. My AC wasn't working in the TX summer after all. Overall I would recommend these folks from my 1 experience. Hopefully I won't have more issues for a while but if I do I will call them.

Michael C was an amazing technician and really showed us the ins and outs of what we needed to know to maintain our HVAC system. He was kind, courteous, informative, and professional. I would absolutely use Koala’s services again.
