Pete and Teresa run a tight ship. We've used their services for the last 5 years and won't go to anyone else!!! Very honest with pricing, do quality work, explain everything while doing the job, but most of all very responsive and always on time. We went to PT Maintenance on thew advice of a coworker who had great things to say about them. Our AC had been having issues. We had had another company out, won't mention their name but they are always advertising on the radio. Pete came out and also looked it over. Their quote was thousands less than the other company. Even better, when I asked about the furnace his recommendation was not to replace it. It was old but was still in good shape. The other company said they both needed to be replace so they matched. They did a great job, saved us thousands over one of the big name competitors in Austin, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
