Pete came to my home and checked to make sure my A/C - Heating unit was working properly. He showed me that the unit was in perfect working order, and he made a cap for the pipe where bleach should be poured in, as it didn't have a cap. He checked for dust inside the unit, but there was no dust. He gave my four-year old unit a clean bill of health. He was very knowledgeable of all things A/C - Heating, and I have complete confidence in the work he did for me. I will recommend him any time I know of someone who needs a GREAT and very polite serviceman!!! Thank you, Pete, for all your help. . .

Great Service! Pete was here within 30min of the call! Called all over… nobody would come out around 8:30pm. But he did! And we are cooling down now! Yay!

New AC system had a faulty computer board from the factory. Great diagnostic of problem and super fast fix.

I just wanted my HVACs tuned up, so I called Home depot.
After tuning up my HVACs by a home depot technician, my 2 HVACs were out of order within a week. Could you make sense? I called them and discussed what happened on my Air conditioning. Their responses were one of them has no refrigerant (actually they filled a week ago), another one had a broken capacitor. I totally agreed it's possible, but why they didn't know some potential problems, and why they said my systems were fairly well when they did tune up service.
After inspecting my systems, a guy from this contractor suggested replacement of whole or partial system which needs a lot of money. I don't tell you, but it was huge amount of money.
I called some HVAC repair services from google searching, and met some guys. Pete Peterson from PT Maintenance & Mechanical is really knowledgeable and gave his opinions with why he thought that. Also, he suggested reasonable solutions and prices.
He showed me his trouble shooting, and I saw the leak point that refrigerant actually came out of. He checked step by step, so figured out what's okay and what should be replaced, even what parts is advised to be replaced, and what's up to me.
One of the best feelings is that he never pushed me into somewhat pressurized conditions, which means he never forced me to buy anything. He recommended least replacement with what jobs would be good during this replacement.
After discussing with my family, I decided to replace a condenser unit with evaporator coil unit. His quote was about 30% lower than first contractor's. Some other repair guys suggested similar quotes, but I decided to get his one because he was the first guy who came over my house, and he is really honest and knowledgeable. I don't know about HAVC system and what's difference between the makers. Pete gave me a quote with American standard, and home depot contractor gave me a goodman quote with same seer rating.
Anyway, I met him at 3 pm, and I made a contract with him, then he finished the job which includes replacing a condensing unit, evaporator box, and refill refrigerant before 8 pm.
I was really satisfied with his job done in my house, and another guy who worked with him was also good. I didn't watch the exact his works, but he even clean the workplace in the attic after finishing his job there.
I strongly recommend these guys, and I will contact them a few years later for replacing another system in my house.

PT replaced A/C coil and condenser at my home with an excellent workmanship and materials. I am absolutely satisfied with overall quality of services. I am grateful I have found this trustworthy Co. and highly recommend to others!

So thankful for Pete and his company! He came out in the middle of the ice/snow storm to fix our heaters when no one else would. So appreciative of his help!

Pete is a genuinely awesome person, Samaritan, and friend with a truck. Just based on my short interaction, I believe that he is worth his weight in gold for his kindness.

Totally disagree with all the good comments. He came out last night to check on my ac that had stopped working. Came out and started disconnecting some cables. He said it was the motor. He was going to check next morning at the warehouse to see if they had it in stock. I called him next morning to see at what he was going to come back. He never answered neither return my calls. Now its 4 pm saturday 105F 5 kids and no ac. At least answer and let us know that your not doing the job. $85 down the drain.
