Koala Cooling & Plumbing

I decided to use Koala Cooling after seeing a post from the owner in a local group on Facebook. From the first call, the customer service was excellent. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they even sent me an email with a picture of my technician before he arrived. He arrived on time and was very professional. Our appointment was for a spring check up, and since our unit is old I expected to be sold on a new unit (as has happened in the past), but Elysha was very transparent and never once recommended a new unit. There was one part that wasn't performing correctly, and he showed me exactly what he was seeing on his equipment and explained why he was recommending replacement. After his full check up was complete and he replaced the part, he walked through a check list of everything he tested and how it is performing based on factory specifications.

Overall the experience with Koala Cooling is the best experience I've had with a AC company to date. No high pressure sales pitch or shady recommendations for replacements that I don't need. I signed up for the Koala Club and will definitely be using Koala Cooling for any AC issues in the future!

We set up the appointment for A/C cooling checkup. The technician called before he came. He was most professional and thorough with the check-up and then he went over what he found with us. He made note of the good things and possible problems in the future. He made suggestions that we could try if we so chose, but there was no pressure to do anything immediately. Our unit is 19 years old, and it still performs well, so we chose not to do anything more at this time. We really liked the technician and his approach. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, yet understandable! Thank you!

Koala Cooling replaced our AC nearly 2 months ago. Our thermostat shut off Friday night and they were out Saturday morning. Seems to have been some condensation that built up. I appreciate the speedy and professional service that they provided. I’m glad to have their phone # at the ready. They got us up and running fast which is a blessing in this Texas heat.

We've used Koala Cooling for several years. Michael Cory serviced the air conditioning unit today. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything he needed to do today. Great service! I highly recommend Koala Cooling for all your a/c and/or heating needs!

Michael came out for our annual inspection and did a great job evaluating our AC unit. My favorite part is the proof of needed repairs from multiple pictures: our manufacturer recommendations and the readings that he took. My home is part of their maintenance program, so I will see them again in late fall to assess the heating unit. Thanks Koala Cooling!

Paul and Micheal and the entire team are reliable, thorough and excellent communicators. I signed up for their membership because of their professionalism. Wish I could give them more stars. We have worked with Kangaroo Roof, Koala Cooling and now their new plumbing service and I’d recommend all three.

Recently moved to the area and called Koala Cooling to inspect my HVAC system. Paul came on time, went to perform the maintenance and then clearly explained the issues he found categorizing them by must do and optional. So far, its good.

Travis came right out today after I realized I had a water leak! He was so efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable and fixed my water leak so fast! I am so relieved and so happy I went with Koala Cooling for this! Had a super experience with this company. Travis did a super great job and I am so glad I choose this company!

My AC went out on Saturday, and they had a tech (Michael) out within 3hr to see what he could do. Sadly, I had an old system (R22) that could not be helped. I was provided a quote before he left. With help from the office staff, I was able to secure financing by Monday evening, Tuesday morning the install team (Anthony) was at my house with the parts needed to install a new system for me. By dinner time I had cold air blowing. Everyone involved, Michael the Tech, Zachery in the office, and Anthony's install team were courteous, helpful, and professional. I will recommend Koala Cooling to everyone I know!

Have used Koala Cooling for HVAC check ups and repair for about a year. Very pleased with technicians Michael and Anthony. Found myself in need of a plumber and my longtime regular plumber didn't work out. Koala had just started their plumbing service so I was hesitant but went ahead based on my previous experience and discussion with the office. Very happy I did so, Master plumber Paul was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. First he told me what he thought the problem likely was, then went ahead and found exactly that (show off :-) ).
I plan to use Koala Plumbing in the future.
