Michael did a thorough check of our system and answered all of our questions. He offered a quote and left the literature, giving us time to consider options without pressure. Also, he was friendly and easy to talk to.

Michael is the absolute best!!! He came out of his way to help us when we needed him the most. More companies/ employees should strive to reach hos level of customer service. I would (hands down!) recommend him for any AC problems. Best experience ever!!!

Had Anthony Payne come out to service A/C unit to make sure is ready for the summer. Found out I had a bad Digital Condenser Motor. Unit was still under warranty, was able to get new part and install it, checked out unit and all was working just fine. Anthony did a wonderful job, even took the time to answer all of my questions. Really appreciated the service.

Michael was awesome!! He came, found out the issue right away and gave his advice and replace additional parts which may cause an issue someday. He was one of the honest technicians. Except the part cost, I am very satisfied with the service.

He's provided recommendations for cleanings and repairs and even provided an estimate so we can budget foreseeable issues, like a blower motor being on its second to last leg. Michael did a wonderful job walking us through what we needed versus what we might need in the future. He did a thorough investigation of our HVAC unit and a thorough overview with us and even left documentation. When I walked in during the middle of the overview he reiterated big points to me and talked to me equally as to my husband, which shouldn't be surprising but was still very welcomed.
