Koala Cooling & Plumbing

No AC in June in Texas… not a fun experience. Koala Cooling & Plumbing helped us so much. We will absolutely be using them again.

Excellent service by Michael! Courteous and to the point. Quick and efficient response from Koala. I called Koala at 1:00. Michael fixed by 4:00!

Planning to do a system with Martin at Koala, he diagnosed our ac issues before even looking inside and is going to be fixing us up with a new unit... great service.

Replaced an A/C compressor that was going out. Work was done quickly and professionally. There was a discrepancy on the final bill with the original quote, but it was handled quickly, politely, and completely satisfactory.

Anthony Peña and Bernabe Garcia were the installers for our furnace and air conditioner. They were very informative and answered our questions. They were very polite and respectful. We appreciated the way things got done.

Travis Davis is a very friendly and professional plumbing technician. He is very knowledgeable and fast due to his experience.

He went above and beyond to make lots of phone calls to various suppliers as quickly as possible, and kept us informed about the progress. He took the time to educate us about the pros and cons of various options. But perhaps most importantly, he is clearly a very decent human being who loves his job. We were blessed by his services and highly recommend Koala Cooling!

I have used Koala Services twice now,.and on both occassions Antonhy Payne, was the Servicer. The 1st time was to correct a problem unresolved by a previous company and he did a great job correcting it. Second time was for Heating Check up Service.
Anthony was great both times. Friendly, Clean, and easy to communicate with. I'll request him in the future.

Koala Cooling did and amazing job! I can back from vacation and my AC wouldn’t come on. I did all the troubleshooting I knew and couldn’t resolve the problem. Koala Cooling came to my home to repair my AC in a couple of days of calling. Michael, the AC repair guy, quickly diagnosed the problem in about 30 mins, gave me the exact price, ran to his warehouse for parts, came back in about an hour, and repaired my AC in no time! Michael was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and very clean. We became Koala Cooling members because of this excellent service that was provided. Awesome job guys!

My AC broke down unexpectedly, but when I called Koala, I was able to get an appointment the next day! The tech(Anthony Payne) showed up ahead of time and was very professional throughout his time here. Diagnosis did not take long and fixing the issue was also fast. He was gracious enough to stay after to answer questions my wife had which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this company for anyone encountering hvac issues!
