Ist time using Koala Cooling, but I have used Kanga Roof before and was very pleased with their work. Same results here...Anthony Payne arrived much sooner than was originally promised and was able to identify the issue in short order. Once parts were obtained, he was able to facilitate the repair and had us up and running in no time. I will definitely use Koala cooling again if necessary!

I was amazed that Anthony Payne was able to be at my house within 30 minutes at 8:00 PM on a Saturday evening. He found the cause of the water leak on my A/C system and fixed it very quickly under warranty. I am very pleased.

We signed up for the Koala Cooling maintenance plan after they saved my sister in the heat of the summer when her AC went out. We decided we didn't want to go through that. We have only had the heat check done so far, but they were great about scheduling, the technician was extremely nice and explained everything to me after he was done. Great experience so far and I look forward to our AC check closer to summer.

Anthony was on time and did his job well. Linda was great working on scheduling appointment and updating me with conformation of scheduled appointment. Great company and team members to work with.
