Dealing with both Koala Cooling as a business and Michael specifically has been so easy and nice. Michael especially has done such a great job of communicating with us. He was able to make it out the same day we noticed the problem and he diagnosed the issue. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been very professional and knowledgeable. We had an absolutely terrible experience with another company in the past, but we feel that we can trust the work and expertise of Koala Cooling.

Michael was very helpful. He took the time to make sure we understand what the problems were as well as making sure we understood the fixes every step of the way.

Our AC was struggling to cool the house down at the hottest parts of the day. We have solar panels and had all the sudden started using a lot more energy than we normally would and our bill kept going up and up and had no clue why. Called Koala once we realized how hard it was struggling to cool the house down. They were able to come see me SAME DAY, and even earlier cause they had a cancellation. The other major guys in town couldn’t even see us till 8 days later! Koala gave a brief description of the van over the phone and emailed me a photo and bio of the repair tech that came to my house making me feel super safe! That way I knew exactly should be at my front door, and with the crazy events in the world recently, this extra detail really set the bar for me as a customer. Mr. Michael Corey was on-time, super professional and got right to work being respectful of my work-from-home day. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my copper piping having a leak of coolant on my 2-year old AC unit with a 2020 brand new build home. Had the issue squared away for me in just a few short hours and the costs at the end of it all were very fair and I would even say affordable. I will most definitely call Koala again when I need HVAC help!

Awesome service again from Koala Cooling! The technician, Michael, was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional in diagnosing the issue. He performed multiple checks to identify the problem and gave useful tips to help with proper maintenance. He called ahead of time to give me an ETA, wore booties to not track in dirt, and was thorough in explaining the problem. 5 star service from a 5 star employee. Shout out to Renee and the original call technician who booked the appointment for their very polite demeanor. Thank you!

Martin was great! He came to our house and gave us all the information we needed to make sure we felt good about our decision. Then he did everything he could to find what we needed and installed ASAP. The installation crew was also awesome. It has been just one day since installation but so far so good and I can say that working with Koala was a great experience.

My ac stopped working and after reading many positive reviews on Koala cooling, I decided to give them a call. Robert Girod arrived and was professional and Knowledgeable. He explained how my system worked and the best maintenance tips. He provided quality service, However due to the repairs needed and the age of my ac and furnace I decided I needed a new system.
Martin Perez of Koala Cooling provided me with options and fair pricing and advised the system could be Installed before the Texas heat arrived. I went with the recommendation and the crew he sent out for the install of the new system did so quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy that I went with Koala Cooling and would definitely recommend this company to anyone In need of a new AC system. They are amazing!

Everything went very smoothly. He came in got to work ready to get started. Found the furnace about ready to die. It was a very old system and already had fixed three times. They replaced the furnace and AC in the same day. Excellent!!!!
