Classic Heating and Air just installed a unit for us. We are beyond happy! Dak came out immediately after calling on Sat morning. He is professional and very thorough. Dak acted quick and the crew came out and got it done. I have a new appreciation for th AC team. Thank you again.

Dak Jones, the tech, arrived early & got to work right away. He completed the check-up of my AC/Heating system in a timely and efficient manner. I'm totally satisfied with his work & he represented Classic Heating & Air very well.

I am little late with my review, however Dak came to my home on January 5th to inspect the vents as the distribution of air wasn't working well. Dak was very clear in explaining what the problem was all the way from the attic during inspection. He was able to resolve part of the issue and it brought me some relief to know what we needed to take care of. He was prompt, delivered great customer service, straightforward and did not pressure me at all! I did want to add a big thank you for removing an extra filter that wasn't needed in my home :)

Excellent service beyond my expectations. We woke up without heat. A professional and polite technician arrived promptly and was able to correctly identify the issue, then retrieve and replace the part that same morning. He also took time to explain the issue, so I completely understood what I was paying for. I highly recommend.

A year ago my mother was told by her AC company that maintained the system that she needed to replace it. Now that she is selling her home, we figured we better replace the system or it wouldn't pass a home inspection. She dreaded the cost. Her realtor recommended calling Classic Air. I called and Joseph Scheibmeir showed up the next day to give an estimate. I could've swore he was wearing a superhero cape. I explained the situation and he asked me a couple of questions about the system. He thought about it for a second, and then, I swear on my momma's apple pie, he said that he would check the system out and if it was OK he won't sell me a new system. He checked it out and the only thing he found was a rusted pan that needs replacing. He'll be out tomorrow to take care of it a service the system. Talk about honesty and integrity! Talk about saving a bunch of money! Talk about Classic Air, because I highly recommend them! You da man, Joseph.

I called for a last minute inspection prior to moving out and they were able to get us scheduled the very next day....on a Saturday at that!!! The communication was outstanding! The customer service was impeccable! Dane was awesome! We will use them again for all our HVAC needs.
