What a great experience we had with Classic Heating and Air! Montana showed up within an hour of my call, he was very professional and diagnosed the problem right the first time! I was beyond thankful that we did not need an entire new unit, and even more grateful that they were fair and took amazing care of us! We will absolutely use Classic again for our future heating and AC needs! Superior service and they stand behind their work! Thank you so much!

After having to leave my home due to NO heat for 7 days I am now Home with wonderful heat coming through my vents. From the very 1st phone call to Madison coming out to FIX the problem, in less than an hour, I can say I LOVE this Company. They are SO professional, honest & polite. Also they are Not on commission so you don't have to be worried of "up charging you". I feel SO Blessed for having found them. THEY HAVE MY VOTE FROM NOW ON AS #1. Try them, you'll like them!!!!

Being a business owner in the pet healthcare industry can be stressful enough without things going wrong. When we were having a crazy Monday the last thing we needed was for a unit to go out in our boarding facility. The good folks at Classic understood the urgency in getting our unit back up and running and responded within the hour. The service technician was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem and within a matter of time our pups were back in a cool comfortable climate. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and will continue to use their services in the future.

I have used Classic Heating and Air exclusively for the last 7 or so years. They always answer the phone (with a real human!), are always helpful, and always have a service person at my door the same day. I couldn't recommend them more. My most frequent service person is Michael, who month after month remembers little details about my home that are specific to my family. Great job, and great memory!

Woke up at 2 AM this past Saturday morning with the house at 80 degrees. The air conditioner was running but not cooling. Called Classic first thing in the morning and Dak came out within an hour and got us all taken care of. Could have been a rough weekend but thanks to Dak and Classic it was just a hiccup in an overall good weekend. Very reasonably priced as well. We'll only be using Classic from now on!

After 2 weeks of no air conditioning and several other companies not being able to figure out the problem- we finally got our problem resolved thanks to Dak. He figured out the issue in less than 10 minutes. Very nice, helpful, professional, prompt and VERY reasonably priced. We can’t recommend them enough!

Michael came today for my annual furnace tuneup service. Michael was courteous and professional and completed the service in a timely manner. It is a pleasure to work with him.
