AWESOME,
I called for just a routine clean check ext, and they did a great job. Dak called me ahead. He was on time and very Proffessional.
He took his time and went above and beyond to explain everything and did not try to up sell anything. Educated me on a few things and did everything well.
Dak discusses the Maintnance program, it's a small monthly fee but well worth it.
I thought it was more then reasonable sice they come out twice a year and do the spring and fall check. Plus they replace the filters to the furnace.
They also clean out the drain so that it does not get clogged.
Also give you discounts for future needs ,
Lots more I can't think of at the moment.
I wish I would of signed up for this earlier.

Classic got to my house in record time - they were able to access the problem with my heating unit immediately - unfortunately, I had to have a whole new unit installed - but they were fair and accurate with their quote and installed the unit immediately. To call a company on a cold Saturday, get the phone answered by a happy and helpful gentleman and then get a polite professional to my home in less than two hours...remarkable! I was fixed within an hour of him being in my home. These guys set the standard for the industry.
