Classic Heating and Air

Classic heating and air is a top notch company. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night they are there to help. We were out of town and my grandson called to let us know. I had classic air number in my phone and they were able to meet us shortly after we got home. My AC was 25 yrs old. Mike said that he could try to find a part but was not sure if he could as it was so old. We told him no we wanted a new AC. It was Saturday and would be Monday before they could start
It was so hot and we also have a dog. Mike said that classic air company had a portable AC that would keep one room cool that we could use. If not for classic air and mike we would be out more money staying at a hotel. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make the right choices. The men that installed the unit were hard workers and knew what they were doing. They were on time each day and continued to work to get the job done. The service was incredibly. Our A/C went out in the middle of Summer and Classic was out by end of the day. I was bracing myself for an expensive new system, turns out it was just a clogged line. The technician was courteous and clean (I have had some dirty one) and he showed me how to do some simple maintenance things to keep the efficiency of my air conditioner at it's peak. Great Job Classic

I call on Classic every time. These guys are great. Very responsive. Communicate very well and keep you posted on the status of appointments. Every tech that’s been out to service the AC unit has been very professional, respectful and mannerly. Most importantly, they are knowledgeable, fair, and a fantastic value. Highly recommend Classic.

Read no further!! Dane and his crew have the best customer service of anyone in Mckinney Tx or North Texas could ask for! My A/C went out this past Saturday and I had company over at my house from out of town. My landlord wouldn't answer the phone after calling and leaving messages. I knew I had to get my A/C fixed and called Classic and they were out there in a hour to fix it. Today I sent my landlord the invoice thinking that atleast he could do is reimburse me since it is not my responsibility as the tenant for a failure of the A/C. She said no. That was a tough blow when I knew I was out $400 that I wasn't expecting to be missing this month. Told Dane the situation to see if I had any options and he said I can't do much but I can discount the price a little to help you in your rough situation. I was speechless!! Never thought he would do that for someone he had never met before! That is what you call top of the line customer service!! I recommend nobody else but Classic heating and air for all your needs or repairs! They will take care of you as soon as they can just like they did for my family!

They installed our duct work right before covid and after, we noticed that the vents were dirty, mold. We asked them to come back out to replace them, they did come out and I never heard back. I have called and called trying to get them to replace the vents that should've been replaced from the start. They do not respond and never call back like they say they will. I have a call into the owner now and have to wait till tomorrow to get a call back. We shall see if he calls.

The experience was great from beginning to end, our technician TY was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly evaluated our issue, explained the process, and offered solutions. Same day service! We were extremely happy with the service we received.

Thank goodness for Dan from Classic, he got the furnace working after freezing temperatures and 6 hour power outage left us without heat this morning. He handles our regular maintenance as well, super guy and great company.

Classic Heating & Air is one of the best companies we have EVER worked with. A couple of years ago, we had an old unit that was running non-stop and huge bills in the summer. We had no idea who to choose, we knew nobody in this industry. As luck would have it, I went to Google and pulled up AC companies in the Rockwall area and Classic Heating & Air came up. I contacted the company and it was after hours. I spoke with Dane MGinnis. He sent somebody to our home the next day. The salesman spent hours with us and answered every question that we could possibly ask. We also had another couple of quotes. We had one quote that was a little less and one that was a little higher, but we loved the attitude of this company and decided to go with them. We made our decision on a Monday and they were at our house on Wednesday putting in a new system. Their number one goal is customer service and that is apparent. After the system was put in, we had to have them out a couple of times just for tweaking, they came out the same day. The tech's are all so professional. They say they will be at our house and a certain time and they are always there a few minutes early. We have our system serviced twice per year and we still get the same treatment as we did on day 1. This company is a good honest Christian company and I simply cannot say enough about them. Once again, we did not know anything about this company 2 years ago and thanks to a Google Search, we found them. Such a blessing to work with and our electric bills have also been cut in half or more. I have been recommending this company to friends of ours when we know they are having AC issues and we will continue to refer them. We are so thankful for their kindness and HONESTY....

I have had a great experience with Classic Heating and Air. The technicians have always been punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. It is a comfort to have their 6 month checkup service so I know that my system is working properly throughout the year.

Classic Heating and Air did a phenomenal job diagnosing the problem and taking the steps to fix it. Danny was awesome about explaining what he was doing every step of the way and giving some tips on how to avoid future problems. When you lose A/C in the Texas summer, you want a company you can trust to get you back up and running ASAP, and Classic did an outstanding job! I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs.
