    My family has been in the electrical business in north Texas for over 50 years and I have seen a lot of change with contractors over the years. I miss the old fashion friendly service you used to get and I thought my families company was the last. That was until I had the great folks at Classic Heating and Air do some repair work on my AC unit. Old fashion and "honest" service is what I got. Best AC company in the area! It is hard to find honest contractors today but with Classic that is what you get.

    I've used Classic to replace the HVAC systems at two different houses now. They're always prompt, polite and professional. They were able to work within my budget and get me the proper system for my house and needs. (AKA "Seer rating X would be overkill for your house").

    But any company can install, it's their after-the-fact service that makes them stand out above the crowd. I rely on their twice-a-year tune ups to make sure my systems are in tip top shape, and when I've had problems, they've always come out that same business day. Danny and Dak are the techs I've mainly worked with and never had an issue with their promptness or professionalism.

    I've never had a middle of the night-type of issue yet, but I assume I can count on them for that too.

    I've recommended Classic to any neighbor that asks.

    The service was for our spring/summer tune-up. Jeremy was on time and provided excellent service. Jeremy is very polite, and is a good listener. He was very knowledgeable and pleasing to deal with for our HVAC needs. As always, Classic Heating and Air exceeded our expectations.

    I've worked with Seth, Dane and Dak for more than 5 years now across 2 homes and very rarely endorse any vendor. That said, the guys at Classic from top to bottom are quality people that provide not only excellent value but truly want you to be a lifelong customer. Having replaced all units at 2 larger homes now, they have done more than sell and install a few units...They have thoroughly evaluating the load needs of the home, replaced ductwork, insulation, and provided multiple options through the sales process and service them regularly on my main. plan. Their consultative approach and true commitment to service is the difference. They have also treated every referral with the same courtesy and respect. If you value people (trust and dependability) and quality at the fair price, these are you guys, no question.

    The AC in our office was completely out and we were having a party! Classic Heating and Air fit us into their schedule, then Michael came and fixed the air. He kept me updated the whole time, and was able to quietly fix the air, all while the party was going on. Afterward he even helped a little with our party clean up! Great experience. Will be using Classic Heating and Air again!

    *****UPDATE*** After this review Classic Heating & Air contacted me apologized for my experience offered to send someone out to fix the hole in my ceiling and refund my service charge. I appreciate the time they took to right their wrong and I have confirmed the refund was processed; however I already had the hole fixed by the company who replaced my air conditioner. I did want to give them credibility for their attempt to make things right. *****
    My AC went out and since my warranty company was going to take a week to come out to look at it I looked up Classic Heating and Air I was impressed with how soon they sent someone to my house which is why i gave them 2 stars however, the first day they told me my unit was frozen so we needed to let it unfreeze for 24 hours that makes 2 days w/no air furthermore the technician neglected to take his shoe covers off when stepping into my attic and his foot went thru my ceiling, now I have a big hole in my ceiling and 2 days no air. The next day I had to call them to remind them they said 24 hours they sent someone out again I paid $90 service fee just to be told I have to pay 11k to get a whole new system or I could take the non guaranteed route of $750 for leak stop and freon. Needless to say I declined their service and went with another company who replaced my entire system for 4k less same unit and same warranty. I am still waiting for them to get the hole in my ceiling fixed! Rescue Air not only beat their price but they offered to fix the hole for me no charge LOL my advice is to shop around! I paid $90 to have someone put a hole in my ceiling shaking my head at customer service these days!

    Called at noon on a Sunday and service tech (Dane) was at my house by 1pm. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part available. By 1:45 the problem had been fixed and we had cool air. Would definitely recommend Classic Heating and Air and will certainly use again when the need arises.

    Classic did a great job. Same day service at a competitive price. Their warranty is great, and their follow up to ensure my satisfaction was outstanding. They clearly take customer relationships seriously and want to earn referral business. I'll call when I need my other unit replaced.

    I cannot say enough good things about this amazing Company Classic Heating & Air. My wife is pregnant with our first child a beautiful daughter and I was worried about the house getting so hot. I called Classic and they were out before the day started and WOW what a professional job. I must call out Dak Jones as being one of the most professional and knowledgeable in his field. He got our AC fixed timely and clean out the unit and made sure when he left we were in good standing. The pricing was great and no hidden fees. Just good ole up front pricing. I have used A #1 Air before and never again will I use them. Great job Dak and Classic Heating & Air, you hired the right man for the job and I would keep him if I were you. He deserves something.

    Dealing with Dane on the phone along with Danny and Jimmy in person was a breeze. Personable, professional, they answered any questions we had and were happy to explain options to provide us with the best equipment for our needs. They ensured an efficient and clean installation in our home. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.
