We came home to 2 broken AC units and a hot house after our vacation. We called Classic Heating and Air that afternoon and we had 2 skilled technicians at our house within a couple of hours. They were able to fix one of the units right away and came back the next day with the correct part to fix the other unit. Technicians are professional and skilled and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience! My outside compressor unit stopped spinning last night and I was getting no cold air inside. I called this morning and they were able to have someone come in a matter of hours. Mark was incredibly helpful and got it back up and running quickly. He talked me through what he was seeing and what he was going to do. I'm very glad I called them and definitely recommend them to everyone else.

This is one of the WORST companies that I have ever dealt with. I used them about a month ago when my A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called them looking at their reviews and I thought they were going to help me with my issue. Long story short, I was told that the capacitor on my A/C was low and it needed to be changed immediately and they charged $400 for it. Being a new home owner, I paid them the money thinking that it was the right price for it. Little to my knowledge, the same capacitor they changed retailed for $20 - $30 depending on if you buy from Amazon or Home Depot. I started to research more on it and found out that most homeowners were paying no more than $200 for the same kind of repair around me. I was being charged twice what most people were getting charged so I called them up and the lady who picked up the call was extremely rude and told me that she couldn't help her even though her job is customer service agent and spoke very rude to me. I told her I'd post a review on the internet or call Fox 4 and report it there then she told me she'd let the supervisor of the technician know and that it would take 1- 2 week for him to return back to me. I asked if I could have his number so I can speak to him myself but she kept refusing. I gave them my benefit of the doubt and waited for 3 weeks to hear anything from them but nope, nothing. I am never using them, they treat their customers the worst and they don't care about anything other than the money. I am utterly disappointed from the customer service agent to the technician who charged for $400 for a repair that costs nearly half.

I have used Classic several times and I think they are great. They return calls quickly, they come out quickly, and the workmanship has always been good. I feel comfortable with their employees in my home. Good local company to support.

I can't say enough good things about this group. I've been using them for service for years and also to replace an entire HVAC unit not that long ago. They are always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Their monthly maintenance plan is some of the best money I've ever spent, so worth it.

So grateful for Classic Heating and Air.They had a technician here within an hour of calling and were able to complete our repair same day. Only a few hours in Texas heat without AC can be misery. They were able to get us a solution and back to cool quickly so we could enjoy our weekend. Thank you.

Had an AC Tuneup done by Montana and Jeremy today. They were on time and absolute professionals. They did a great job of explaining the maintenance that my system needs, and were timely with the work they did. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone that needs AC/Heating work done.

I have been a long time customer of Classic Heating & Air. These folks are so professional, on time, respectful and hard working. My parents experienced an AC failure recently and we immediately called Classic. Someone always answers the phone and their crew is dispatched and on site within hours. They assess the issues and offer great solutions. In this instance, the system needed to be replaced. The crew showed up the next day and completed the job with all the care and respect they could show to my parents. We appreciate their job well done. Last December my furnace reached the point that I could perform no additional patchwork fixes, I needed a pro, but which one? I read a few reviews and thought that I would call Classic. I am glad that I did! The tech who came out was awesome. He explained thoroughly why the old unit was not repairable, and offered to schedule for an installation. I accepted his offer since I had already done some price research and the amount was reasonable. What surprised me was that he was talking about installing the new unit that same day. By 5:00 that afternoon, I had a new furnace, new damper system, and heat in the house like we had never had before. But it has been the service since then that has really impressed me! The Classic techs have been responsive, prompt and most helpful in tweaking our new system to get the most out of it. I know how hard it is to select a company for A/C services. There are so many, and one gets overwhelmed with hearing about the next "best deal ever" (particularly in radio ads). But if you are looking for a company that treats you with respect, and deals with you honorably, call Classic Heating and Air.
