Awesome as usual! Michael was here today for our spring checkup, and he was courteous and friendly. He explained the issues we are having and answered our questions based on his expertise and experience. You can't go wrong with Classic Air! All employees are very professional.

Danny, Seth, and Michael were super professional, courteous and very good at helping us with our emergency. The heat went out at 2am and it was freeezing outside. They had to come back the next day and they were punctual and got the job done by noon as promised! They are now on our speed dial. We have the twice a year service in the fall and spring. Great company! When other AC companies told me I needed a whole new system for $8k, classic came out and got me all fixed up for around $100. They are great folks.

Had Joseph come out today from Classic Heating & Air, gentleman was very professional. He answered all the questions I had prior to him arriving. He had all the information, and more for all the work I had done today, and future work I was interested in. Today he installed the UV filter they sell for me. I'm very satisfied overall with the work I received from Classic Heating & Air, today in particular due to Jospeh's professionalism. Thanks Joseph.

We had two previous companies work on our A/C unit before Classic. We should have done more research when we originally had our the unit replaced a few years ago because we would have gone with Classic instead of the company who rushed the job and made quite a few mistakes. The other companies would be confusing with terminology; not explain or elaborate when we asked questions. Classic has been terrific with answering our questions and addressing our concerns from the initial consultation! Daniel answered every question I had and actually showed me what was in need of repair instead of just telling me or noting it on our service record and leaving. Daniel was here exactly when he said he would be, very helpful explaining the unit and everything he checked, was very professional and polite, and never once seemed annoyed or made me feel as if I was wasting his time with my questions! Classic is the most honest, helpful, and friendly company with incredible service technicians! Thank you all for seeing us as people and not as a paycheck! I will only use Classic for my heating and A/C and will recommend Classic to anyone I know who needs heating or A/C work!

Dak did routine fall HVAC system checkup and installed a thermostat. He was most professional, efficient, and cordial. I highly recommend Classic Heating and Air's semiannual maintenance plan.

Classic H&A installed a new AC this summer. We completely forgot that it includes tune ups every 6 months. Dak came out and not only tuned up the new unit, but also the old unit for the upstairs. I HIGHLY recommend Classic Heating and Air.

Called for a service call at 7am and they were able to get me in at noon the same day. I told them that I would be at home all day and they said they could put me on a first available slot as well. They were at my house an hour and a half later.

The service tech, Daniel, was professional and efficient. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue in under 30 minutes.

Based on my experience, I would have no reservations using them again and recommending them to friends/family.

Our AC went out over the weekend while we were out of town. We have pets and as it is 100 degrees outside, needed prompt repair. I called Classic Heating and Air first thing Monday morning, a technician was dispatched by 11 AM, and our unit was up and running again by lunchtime. Our technician was kind, friendly, honest, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. We will use Classic Heating & Air from now on.

Prompt, professional, and hands down the best value in the area. A 10-year labor warranty is nearly unheard of but these guys offer it for free and they beat 3 other competitor quotes for the exact same American Standard equipment. Just goes to show how confident they are in their equipment and installation work. Would highly recommend.
