Classic Heating & Air…Perfection.
Our AC went out in the heat of summer of course. I called lots of places and they were giving me appointments for a week out. I called Classic Heating & Air and the lovely lady on the phone said “Today or Tomorrow.” I was shocked at how fast they had an appointment. I scheduled for same day. Our tech Mark gave us a curtesy call (as I was told) when he was one his way. He looked at our unit and knew what was wrong. He fixed it quickly and our house was up and running again and at good price too. Double thumbs to Mark Harris. for his amazing service and friendly personality. We will definitely be using them again for any AC or heating issues.

Glad we choose Classic Heating and Air for our HVAC replacement. Very professional and knowledgeable guys. THey explained everything well, and installed quickly. Dak was very helpful. He came out quickly, identified the problem and even followed up after the install to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I didn't shop around, but from what I could tell from past experience, they were competitively priced, and they did good work. I will recommend Classic Heating and Air to my friends and neighbors, and will personally use them again in the future.

I have used Classic for 12 years now for our regular service as well as two new units. I had a company tell me I need a 2400 dollar fan motor. Classic came out and serviced our unit and in 10 years it never needed a motor. We moved to a new building and had Classic put in two new units for us. I highly recommend Classic for all of your HVAC needs

Dak was on time, efficient, and friendly helping with our HVAC maintenance. Even took the extra time to change our filters and wash out the coils. Very appreciated, highly recommended

Whoever drives a white dodge ram drives like an absolute maniac. Almost rear ended me. If their employees drive this reckless, can you imagine how much they don’t care about your HVAC. Be aware!

Classic Heating and Air Co. is 5 stars! Wow! I'm seriously blown away by their professionalism! I know everyone has heard the term that you just can't find good help these days right? Wrong, these guys are top notch, top of the line! From the moment they stepped foot in my house wearing booties (shoe protection) clean cut, very knowledgeable, very clear on maintenance, and how to program the thermostat, etc. I had them do an attic conversion from wall to attic, and I am so impressed with their work. Like I said I'm just blown away by it seriously I am!! They even sent me a gourmet box of chocolates as a thank you for hiring them! I wish I would have saved that card that came with it because those chocolates were to die for lol... I will always hire them and recommend this company for future projects and to all my friends here in Frisco, McKinney, and Allen TX.. Keep up the outstanding work guys!! This is coming from the pickiest person on earth!!

I think Classic Heating and Air is just a great local business that cares about their customers. It shows by their effort.
My first experience was with Dak who correctly diagnosed my issue during the big winter storm of Feb 2021.
Next, about 18 months later Danny diagnosed and fixed some AC issues but suggested to really fix my issue long-term that I would need a new and specific system that could meet my house's needs. After running into more issues I decided to move forward with a new system. From that point on, I worked with Dak, Danny, and Dane who answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them), provided a quote, and completed the install.

Time will tell how my new system performs, but the communication and service from their team has been great so far. They offer a good warranty and continual service. Highly recommend giving them a chance.

Called today, got service today for what turned out to be a bad contactor. Professional, great communication, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative. Very respectful. Forget all others, this is the one and only go to HVAC company.
