I have a home owners warranty, which only covers companies which have no desire to provide service. Classic has responded quickly at every emergency. When the temps hit 15 our heat went out. They were there in only a few hours. They quickly made a temporary repair to get us heat and scheduled to come back. They didn’t even bill us until the final repairs were made. They had to make 2 trips including the emergency and our cost was minimal. They are always polite and very educated on their job. I have confidence in the honest information provided. They never try to up-sell and are happy to give you all the options. I’ll never use my home warranty again for A/C and heat.

Ty was especially cautious during this time (Covid19 pandemic) wearing protective gear and following procedures set in place to keep everyone healthy. My husband was impressed that the installers' foreman used a "level" instrument to gauge that the thermostat was installed in perfect alignment on the wall.

These guys truly go the extra two miles! It's about 9:30pm and their technician just left after being here way past what I would have expected. We just moved into our new home and on day one the Ac unit went out on a 100 degree day. These guys came in as soon as I called and serviced the unit to make it run. They are returning first thing tomorrow morning to finish up the repairs. I can't say enough about their customer service. Just awesome.
Update - day 2 and they were here early to do all the repairs. By the end of the day our house was cool and comfortable. They even helped trim a tree that was overgrown. And again their senior technician returned in the late evening to make sure we felt comfortable with all the work. Just a wonderful company. Highly recommend!
Update - Again, Danny Turner was at my house in the middle of the night helping fix my a/c. He made sure we could have a comfortable night of sleep. Then detailed out three options moving forward. I felt no pressure one way or another. We decided to replace our entire system which was done in half a day. System works great. Their gold warranty is very impressive. They definitely go the extra mile.
Finally after being on the last leg of living, the old AC died! Whom to we call, after several great references we called Seth and Dane with Classic. Seth said he would send his Senior Tech Danny out to do an inspection. He thoroughly explained (and showed me) in laymen terms what the problems were. 19 yr old in AC/Heat is like 90 yrs to us. I agreed it was best to have a funeral for the old AC system. Scheduled same day install and working Great! We decided after checking out their prices to go ahead and get the 2nd AC system replaced. (it was 92 yrs old. Pricing was and their reputation were key components in our decision. Great installation crew! Would highly recommend !
Yes!!! That really happened. Danny at CLASSIC HEATING AND & AIR just treated me to wonderful customer service. He explained in simple terms what needed to be done, what my options were and the cost. He saw a down spout that had separated from my gutter and threw a couple on metal screws in it. Totally unheard of. We discussed future maintenance and the expected life of my heating and air units. WOW!!! Love this company. We have used them for about 3 years and will continue our patronage. Thank you

They are very professional and prepare their work/work area well to minimize any potential mess. They also clean up well after themselves. I want to particularly thank Mark for his work the week before last on a very hot day. He altered his schedule and got out to us quickly. He found a difficult to diagnose problem that was really with our house and not with the Classic installed equipment. He was very methodical in testing the various alternative causes until he figured it out. Thank you Mark.
My a/c went out at 5 PM on Friday night, Memorial Day weekend, needless to say I was frantic! I looked online at emergency a/c service, and chose Classic. The person that took my call was very nice and assured me that someone would be at my house within a few hours. Joseph arrived within 2 hours and got right to work. Our old unit that had been limping along, finally died. Classic was extremely responsive to our request for a quote. The quote was very reasonable for a respected brand. Classic was able to install quickly, and the installation process went very smoothly. We were very pleased with the company from start to finish and will definitely be using them for our heating and air needs.

Classic is not the cheapest out there, but they are hands down the best and provide customer service that is seldomly found in today's society. Their prices may not be the cheapest, but they are comparable and competitive, but what you get is also a company that will be there for their customers at any time day or night when needed. You get what you pay for, and this definitely holds true in this case.
I would rate them 6 stars out of 5 if I could because that is the level of effort they put into servicing their client.
My personal story about finding Classic for the first time:
In 2010, 2 years after we bought our house that was constructed in 2008, our A/C went out in the middle of a hot texas summer. Our internal home temperature had gotten up to 92 degrees while we were at work on Friday. I called Classic as soon as I got home and explained my situation to him and Dane immediately came out to diagnose our problem. He had found that the copper line from our compressor had failed and provided us our options of fixing or replacing the unit, but he said he would not have an available technician until morning. He said that he would go back to the office and return with a temporary fix. Dane returned to my house around 10 pm that evening and dropped off a mobile a/c unit so that we would be able to at least cool 1 room which was imperative since we had a 6 mo. old at the time. The next morning a technician showed up and replaced the unit and we had a cooling home by 10 am the next day. Since that day, I have never called or used another a/c company and I continue to suggest them to anyone I can because I believe that their company culture is what makes them not only the best a/c company to do business with but one of the best services oriented companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
If you are having trouble heating or cooling your home, give Classic a call. You will not regret it.
