I found Joshua Fry very professional and very knowledgeable. He was on time came in did his work. Was very friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions. And my two puppies loved him. I would recommend southern comfort to anyone.

I have been using Southern Comfort Mechanical for approx. 1 & 1/2 years now, partly because they are an authorized service provider for the HVAC equipment I have, and it's important to hire service companies & techs who are knowledgeable about your specific equipment. But the other reasons I continue using this company is that their service techs, like Josh who just came over today, are very professional, polite, on-time and most importantly do both a thorough and excellent job. And all their techs have done this kind of excellent work. This HVAC company is NOT like some of those bigger, multi-service, numerous TV ad or billboard companies with service techs who are also sales commissioned, to sell you upgrades, service contracts or make-up falsehoods that your equipment needs repairs or replacement soon, while right inside your home and wasting your time. But Southern Comfort Mechanical and their service techs are trustworthy and highly recommended.

Luis Orta was the technician from Southern Comfort Mechanical who replaced the motor on our AC unit. He was polite, professional and thorough. We are very grateful and happy with results and would recommend the company and Luis any day.

Southern Comfort and their entire team of technicians are professional, friendly and seek to resolve issues quickly. Prior to the installation of our new AC system we met with a representative, shared our on going concerns with our past system (uneven heating and cooling ). They listened well and creativity solved the problem, something several other companies could not accomplish.. You will not be disappointed with the team of Southern Comfort Mechanical.

Edit: Noticed ice on the outside unit and had to have someone come out. Todd was wonderful, on time and had the issue addressed super quick. This was exactly why I chose this company to purchase from. Good people who take care of their customers after the big purchase. Can’t recommend them enough!

Tony was wonderful. After getting several quotes, I went with Southern Comfort because of Tony. The installation quality/care was most important to me, not so much the brand of system or even price. I’m so glad I did too because after the install(which was seamless) there was an issue with my condensation line which was no fault of theirs. Thank goodness for their final checks protocol on new installs. I had to call a plumber out, and the first thing he did was compliment my install when he saw it. Wanted to know who did it. Also Tony continuing to check on me to make sure the plumbing issue was fixed meant so much. The installers were also so polite and courteous. Highly recommend Southern Comfort and highly recommend Tony and his team.

Southern Comfort was called, because I was having a hard time getting the company that installed the unit out to repair their work. Kevin showed up within a couple of hours of me placing the call. During his assessment the guy from the other company shows up. Kevin remained poised and professional. He allowed the other company to repair the unit, without any hesitation.
