Southern comfort mechanical responded to my email very quickly on a Saturday. They had Kevin come out Monday and provided two hour window of expected arrival. I received a text about thirty minutes prior to arrival. Kevin was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to explain how he was diagnosing the issue. He ultimately unclogged my drain line and completed a diagnostic check. He was in and out in about an hour. I could not be more pleased with southern comfort and Kevin’s service.

I contacted Southern Comfort to get a quote on a full system to replace our old and tired unit that started leaking refrigerant. Tony came out to the house, went over my options, and left me with an estimate. No hard sell! I decided to go ahead with it. The installers came out a few days later (today) at 8am sharp as promised and had it all wrapped up by about 3pm, including a few adjustments I'd asked for in terms of airflow distribution. Tony was very personable and professional as were the installation team and final technician. I'm sure the city inspection will go fine as well and if it doesn't, I'm confident Southern Comfort will take care of any issues that arise. Very pleased with my experience and investment!

Wes came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed our AC unit promptly (within 12 minutes) and at a reasonable price.

Cody and his partner did an outstanding job! He was very detailed and polite with a smile. He made sure all questions were asked and answered. I Will definitely ask for his assistance again when needed.

Kevin came out to do our Spring check-up. All was working fine inside our home, but outside he immediately noticed that our blower fan was not running and informed us of this before even opening the unit.

As it turned out, the capictor was blown and he was able to replace it quickly and complete the spring cleaning without further incident.

Not happy! Had 4 new @TRANE systems installed in December 2022. 1 AC unit has never consistently worked. Southern Comfort merged with Allied American. Southern comfort diagnosed the issue and they want to charge us $600 bucks to make it work. Just a bunch of finger pointing. John Bentley
