Uni-Serve Air Conditioning - Kingwood

Called Uni-Serve this morning since my outside unit would not turn on.The technician John called me within 30 minutes and was able to come within an hour.He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it right away.I was very happy since we are having company this weekend we won’t have to sweat!! I would definately call them again if I have a problem.

Incredible service is an understatement. Immediate visit to home and pinpointed issue with great accuracy in minutes on a Sunday night and parts were ordered, delivered and installed next morning.

They were on time, neat, and cleaned up the attic around the installed units. Heat was required immediately after installed and performed with no problems. Cooling is now being used and is working great.
