Air Conditioning Houston

Air Conditioning Houston does installs in all of the new construction homes for a few builders I work for throughout the Houston area. My job is to go into these homes after HVAC contractors have installed the system and all the duct work, and I then hook testing equipment up to the systems to check for leaks or deficiencies in the install. I have yet to find a single home that Air Conditioning Houston didn't do a great job on. Their system sizes are always correct for the size of the home, their ductwork is always properly installed and properly sized for the space they intend to cool or heat. I've seen their work for a number or years in the new construction field. I would highly recommend them to homeowners and builders alike. There are a lot of bad HVAC contractors out there, but this isn't one of them!

Without question one of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever had an experience with. Installed a brand new system in my house for my builder about 3 years ago. Plenty of problems in the first few years that they had to come and repair. Now experiencing terrible balance issues and when I called to pay for a service visit they chose not to call back for over 24 hours. When I called to follow up they tell me they can't come service the units because it is out of warranty. I explained I was happy to pay and they told me that they have so much warranty work that they cannot handle any additional service calls. Clearly problematic if there is so much warranty work that they can't service anyone else. Would recommend finding someone/anyone else to work on your HVAC needs.

Still waiting on a technician since Friday. It's been 5 days now still no tech and dispatch just seems to give people the runaround. Missed a day of work waiting for tech Monday for him not to show even spoke with dispatch and was told they'd be by 830 at night just waiting for them to never call or show. This is the 2nd time this company has had very poor communication and not being on time as "scheduled". Would not recommend...
