Great service again :). Technician was very thorough, took time to double check and ensure things were running correctly, and provided verification with his manager on what he was seeing in order to have the correct recommendation for scope.

Cooper Air has been servicing my HVAC at my house for about 20 years. They are knowledgeable, professional, on time, and they always fix it correctly the first time!

Timeliness of the work being completed was great. They were able to get out to me within four hours of my call. The people are great also. The work was completed on October 17th to replace the fan capacitor on my outdoor unit. My problem is that I was not made aware of the service charge of $99 and that it would not be included in the work if I chose to use them for the repair. I believed this to be common practice through multiple companies that I use both past and present. On Nov 7th I emailed back asking a question as far as why it cost $250 to have a fan capacitor changed out and if there policy is that the service call is charged no matter what and I received no response. I would not be writing this review had I received a response but apparently my business is not worth responding to.
This weekend I replaced my entire indoor and outdoor HVAC system and used someone else here in Kingwood.

Top quality service from the beginning to the very end. I decided to have my complete system replaced at 4:00 pm on Wednesday afternoon. The system was installed and running THE NEXT DAY. The crew arrived on time and explained everything clearly. I am so pleased with my experience with Cooper Air Service. I am a customer for life!

The staff of Cooper air with out of their way to do everything to get my AC system up and running the same day. It was a very hot day with the high being over 100° and the diagnosis and repair was not easy. They did a great job and I would use them again.

We contacted this company because a neighbor of ours spoke very highly of them. We had a local (Humble) company come out to service our HVAC system. The technician from the that company (who I would LOVE to name, but won't) told us our system was beyond repair and needed to be replaced to the tune of approx. $30,000. We called Cooper Air for an estimate for a new HVAC system. The owner of the company recommended that they (Cooper Air) give us a second opinion. One of their technicians came out, replaced some parts, said the system was good to go and we have been on a maintenance program with them for a few years now. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.

Cooper Air Service designed and installed the entire HVAC system when we built our house over 23 years ago. They have done all maintenance, repair, and needed updates over the years and the service, knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy have been the absolute best.

Good service. I was told I needed to replace parts of the AC but the technician said it only needed to be cleaned. Professional service that I would recommend.

When an appointment is made, they always show up. If running late, they notify me.
