I have used Bill and Travis to installed a new air conditioner unit about 2 years ago and owe them a nice review. They performed a great installation outside while it is raining and their price beats the competition. They also follows up with any maintenance issues. They are highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING service. Travis and Bill both arrived on time as scheduled. Travis immediately got to work in the attic, while Bill worked on removing my outside unit. Bill walked me through all of the systems and how to operate my new thermostat and guided me on basic maintenance of the new unit. After installing my new A/C unit, Bill arranged rocks around my slab to add to the décor of the new installation (I appreciate the little things -- especially since he did this without being asked).
Travis was AMAZING -- he ran a new C wire from the furnace to my new thermostat which was not part of the scheduled installation free of charge. In addition, while in my attic, Travis discovered a very unsafe situation in my attic involving improper venting of my hot water heater. Travis went to his truck and custom built a fix for this situation so that my family would not be exposed to deadly carbon monoxide gas. Travis did this free of charge and refused a tip for his service -- Travis ROCKS!
Bill was very understanding and patient when Paypal and my bank was giving me difficulties processing the payment for services rendered.
Travis did an outstanding job cleaning up after his work and actually left the scene cleaner than when he arrived!
I cannot stress enough how outstanding the service I received was -- I've replaced several A/C units in houses I've owned throughout the country and these two gentleman were by far the best I've ever used. They are obviously a small company with two employees who work incredibly well with each other.
I look forward to seeing them each year to service my new system.

Bill Brand and his assistant Melissa are great! Melissa answers the phone and coordinates dates and times better than any company I've previously worked with; no big call center, no huge overhead costs. They deliver on their promises. Same day service and weekend service with ZERO service charge...and honest pricing! I'm SOOOOOO glad that they moved from GA to Houston, Texas. A great blessing. I was referred to them by my parents and I will continue to promote them to my neighbors and friends. AC units in Houston are no fun...Bill makes the process easy.

Bill has responded to my ac needs twice this year alone and has exceeded my expectations both times. When my ac finally gave out on a Friday, of course, Bill was able to get the ac installed for me and my family over the weekend during this hot summer! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs quality ac work at a reasonable price, from an honest owner.

Solid service from a family owned business. Yukon recently replaced my 21 year old HVAC unit. They were here when they said they would be, they did what they said they would (and then some) and they charged what they quoted, which was the most reasonable price I could find. It doesn't get any better than that! Bill and Nelson went above and beyond, keeping me informed as the work proceeded and giving me tips for getting the most life and efficiency out of my new unit and the smaller secondary one which I didn't have replaced. After the installation, Melissa called to make sure I was able to register the new unit for the warranty. When I called the office, I spoke with Melissa every time, not a machine or someone who had to call someone else for info. She was always on top of things and able to answer my questions about price, scheduling, etc. I have recommended them to my family and have definitely made Yukon my go-to HVAC company!

He has been my AC guy for the last two years. They do great work at a very fair price and will only do what is necessary unless you desire more.
