Madd Air Heating & Cooling deserve more than 5 stars for the exceptional service provided on my full A/C replacement installed in my home. After several quotes from other companies, Sam with Madd Air stood out the most with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty regarding the various systems pros and cons. The company was extremely accommodating with no wait times for scheduling and quotes. Sam and the crew were punctual, courteous and direct with the install. I was informed the entire time and extremely pleased. I highly recommend Madd Air Heating &Cooling company for their excellent service and quality staff. June 12 ,several days ago, Sam with Madd Air gave me BAD NEWS, My large air conditioner DIED. Could not be saved. Thank God my other smaller unit was O.K. He told me all of my options in detail. I felt such confidence in him that I ordered a new Comfort Maker unit on the spot. Best decision I ever made.
Sam and all of the installers came 7 30 AM went right to work. They really new what to do. Completed everything, cleaned up everything. Sam stayed here the whole time making sure all was O.K. I am so impressed. I would recommend Madd Air to everyone. Great Company.

We went with MADD Air after getting three quotes, they came so highly reviewed/recommended. Sam was great to work with. He was honest, knowledgeable and kind. The crew showed up a few minutes early and finished the job in about three hours. Great experience, we will be using them again when it’s time to replace our next unit.

Complete A/C system replacement – Exceptional work. Sam was professional and provided a clear and straightforward estimate with options, explained the process and there was no pressure to get a unit that was more expensive. He is a very likable guy who quickly responded to my texts and phone calls and answered my many (many) questions. The install was scheduled within a couple of days of me calling to confirm the system that I wanted installed-no waiting! Joseph and the install team arrived on time Saturday morning and the install was completed around 10:30 am. From the start, it was evident that Joseph and the team knew exactly what they were doing and the install team worked almost effortlessly to get the job done. I was extremely impressed with everyone-great group of folks. I highly recommend Madd Air.

Wow Guys!!! Madd Air has been the best company I have ever done business with. Sam was so knowledgeable. He taught me what our home needed. Everything he said he then did. Sam made suggestions on what could be better and also explained why and how he could make it happen. Sam and his crew arrived when they said they would arrive and got the work done. Exceptionally impressed with Madd Air service and employees!
Just got an entire new ac system, new thermostat, return vent and insulation installed after our old one broke during a week of 95 degree temps. Sam has been our guy for cooling and heating for a few years now and has always strived to repair and maintain our system in the most economical and expedient way. He’s always on time, professional and very nice.
This time it was the whole system (pretty old) that needed replacing. We were without ac for only two days and very fortunate compared to some people who are still waiting for other companies to repair or replace theirs (per my son in law who knows 3 families with broken ac’s).
Sam and crew arrived at the time they stated and worked nonstop for 4 1/2 hrs. The crew were very mannerly and friendly, laid protection down for floors and cleaned up before they left. Sam explained what would happen before, during and after and he checked on the progress repeatedly. I also got the privilege of meeting Lewis, one of the founders I believe, who was checking the job as well.
I can’t say enough good things about Madd Air. I’m very impressed with all of their qualities and there’s nothing I would change.

Charlie and the team at Madd Air just finished replacing our entire HVAC system, replaced all of our ducts that were original to our 1980 home, and added a solar attic fan to help our homes ventilation. Charlie and the guys were here first thing this morning as promised and wasted no time getting to work. They went above and beyond by moving our system from an access closet upstairs to the attic where it belongs. All of the crew were clean and respectful and Charlie kept me informed the entire time, explaining the science and mechanics behind how the entire system works. While an HVAC system is a considerable purchase, I feel like I got an incredible valuable far beyond what I paid working with Madd Air.

Sam came to my home to give me a quote a few days before I decided to use them for my repairs. He was so kind and understanding of our finances and didn’t try to push anything extra on us. I decided to use Madd Air and immediately text Sam to schedule my appointment and he had the office contact me immediately. Yuritzy at the office called me and was so sweet on the phone getting us scheduled in at the perfect time. When the day came, Sam and his team came to install our new furnace and drain pan, they were so quick and professional. Drop cloths were laid over my floors and stairs for protection and they even swept my stairs and floor before they left. I will forever use Madd air for my repairs!!! Sam, you are the best :)

My husband and I bought our house in 2021. As of this year, our house had a 20 year old furnace, an 11 year old compressor, and a components from all the years in between. We got a quote from Sam a couple weeks ago for 6 different options and he mentioned that the previous install was not great work. He was very thorough in answering any questions I had, and very pleasant to deal with. After that, he gave us time to mull over the options with no pressure.

Our a/c went out this past Sunday evening. I called Madd first thing on Monday, and they were out with a whole new HVAC system first thing today (Tuesday). They showed up at 7:30am and had all the old stuff removed, new stuff in, and all testing done by 11:30! I fully expected most of my day to be interrupted by them working. Sam's crew was fast and courteous. I even had a question shortly after they all left, and Sam was super responsive to a quick text.

Joseph assisted in routine HVAC maintenance and educated me on the importance of maintaining a properly functioning system. Joseph also provided valuable information pertaining to annual checks as well as information regarding potential servicing/replacement in the future.
