The air conditioning was blowing but was not cooling. I called MADD on a Sunday and they were open! They would have come out that same day but they were booked up—- so they fit me in on the very next day. My technician Sam was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely. He called prior to arrival, was polite, and immediately got to diagnosing and solving our issue. Sam also was willing to explain concepts and details about my AC unit and how it works. I really appreciated that! The whole service call was quick and effective— AC is blowing cold. Thanks again Sam, and thanks MADD!

Our experience with Madd Air Heating & Cooling was nothing short of exceptional.
Our AC decided August was a good time to stop working. After having two different HVAC companies out – including one sent by our home warranty company – we decided to give Madd a call based on their close proximity to our home and strong reviews/ratings.
Justin was scheduled to be at our house between 9am and 11am. By 8:30am he had called to confirm and was on his way. Within 30 minutes of him inspecting our AC units he identified issues that neither of the previous companies mentioned, he showed me and explained what each issue meant for our system. Justin was able to get both units running and our (very hot) house cooled down before leaving. It was determined one unit should be replaced and Justin presented and explained my options clearly.
Today Justin and the install team returned for the install, like the first visit Justin called and informed me they were headed my way and were right on time. The whole crew was quick and polite, since I work from home this was highly appreciated. We are looking forward to the improved efficiency in our home and working with Madd for any future HVAC needs.

Everyone I’ve worked with at Madd Air has been very professional and courteous. We’ve had our A/C and furnace replaced by them. They gave us suggestions on how we could make make improvements to our old duct work. Now, our upstairs game room- which always ran hot in the summer- feels so nice! Charlie gave us clear estimates on everything, and explained all of our options and plans so that we understood everything completely. We are really happy with the work and equipment. Jonathan came out to do our spring tune-up. When I initially scheduled, I got the typical 4 hour window, but the day of, he called with a more precise time, which was really nice. Very clean, very professional. I would 100% recommend Madd Air!

Thanks to Sam Sparks and crew who came out to our house this morning and removed an old defective furnace and installed a new furnace for us in unbelievably record time. They were very professional and courteous during the whole job. Excellent craftsmanship. We were up and running again in no time. I highly recommend Madd Air for anyone’s HVAC needs. They know what they are doing. Special thanks to Heather and Brittany in the office for getting everything scheduled for us with Sam and crew.

Our AC stopped working so I called Madd to come out and repair our system. Just as I was told when scheduling the appointment, the Technician called me me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon arrival, Sam was able to diagnose the compressor issue quickly and got it recharged and back up and running extremely quick, and a lot cheaper than I anticipated Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Madd Air for all your Heating and cooling needs

Brittany was very pleasant & professional to deal with over the phone. She informed us not only about the appointment window, but mentioned the $45 diagnostic fee (for the first 30 minutes) would go towards the repair if we choose to select MADD.

Our technician Sam was prompt (arrived during the first half of the appointment window) polite & professional. He called 10 minutes before he came over and was prepared (wearing booties & a mask as we greeted him). After hearing our concerns, he was able to troubleshoot the problem in about 30-45 minutes. He even had the part in his truck so he was able to replace our Honeywell HZ322 TrueZone Circuit Board within 45 minutes of diagnosing it. 90 minutes later and for 35% of the cost of my last quote (NBL AC & Heating wanted $1,200 for the same work & Big-Tex was about the same price as MADD).

Both Sam & Brittany followed up later that same evening to help explain how the warranty worked even though MADD wasn’t the company that installed the first system (Big-Tex who I find I unknowledgeable, hard to deal with & someone who is just trying to “nickel & dime” you). Whenever we contact them they always get back to us within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair & maintenance in the Humble/Kingwood/New Caney area.

MADD Air was exceptional. The technician, Sam, was on-time, knowledgeable, and professional. Sam diagnosed my AC's problem (even taking the time to explain the issue and what needed replacing), and had the part on-hand to get my AC system back up and running quickly.

It was Sunday around 1p and the inside temperature was 87 degrees. Madd Air was one of the only companies open on Sunday so I called them on a long shot.

About 1 hour later Charlie (the owner) was at my house, and within 30 minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Turns out the thermostat was bad (even though it was brand new!).

The prior AC company which installed the thermostat owed us a replacement, so Charlie rigged a solution for us using a wire connector, and he didn't even charge us!

I never leave reviews but Madd Air went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.

EDIT: I turned to Madd Air again when my air conditioner went out. Sam came out and educated me on the best and most affordable way to proceed. I now have an affordable unit and couldn't be happier. I ALWAYS recommend Madd Air to all of our roofing customers and will continue to do so. Top notch local company who care about their customers.

Wonderful company. Jonathan diagnosed my problem very quickly and fixed it without trying to sell me anything more. I’ve never trusted an air conditioning company before, due to all of the horror stories, but read wonderful reviews about this company plus they were recommended by the company I work for, Spartan Roof. I’m happy to say that it isn’t all hype. They really ARE as good as the reviews say. I will be needing a new unit within the next few years and wouldn’t dream of using any other company.

We had to replace our 5 ton, 3-phase system because it wasn't cooling - I called a large major company who has commercials on TV and they sent someone out who gave me an outrageous VERBAL quote (not even a written quote) and even offered free financing (on the exorbitant price). We also had a cheaper quote as well from another company. I saw one of the MADD trucks in Kingwood one day and decided to call them for my third quote.
Charlie came out and looked at everything and then sat down and went over his quote with us - explained it all and answered our questions. He gave us a written quote, descriptions of maintenance plans, and other info in a nice, professional folder so we could review. I had a couple more questions later on which he answered as well. So even though we already had a cheaper quote we just felt MADD was going to do a better job and THEY DID! Charlie, Sam and their team showed up early on Saturday; got everything installed and working by early afternoon so I still had the rest of the day to myself. Heather and Brittany in their office are also great; when they say they will call you back - they really do. As a business owner myself I can't say enough great things about MADD Air, I trust Charlie Enriquez and think he is one of the most honest and dedicated owners around. I am so glad to be a new MADD customer and will definitely be calling them back when my second unit needs to be replaced. You can't go wrong with this company and I highly recommend them.
