Madd Air Heating & Cooling

Well , a/c went out in the middle of the night. Saw all the great reviews and thought I'd give MADD A/C a try. I am very skeptical when it comes to consistent high reviews , but something told me to try them I called and set an appt about 0930 in the morning (which was very easy) and Sam was able to come out same day in late afternoon. Sam was nice, professional, and all business. He found the problem and had me back and running in approx 1 1/2 hrs. The bill was very, very reasonable and I really appreciate that Sam was able to get our a/c back running so quickly. Thank you Sam and MADD A/C!!!

I needed a new furnace and Sam and Madd Air did an amazing job. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, explained the issue with my broken furnace and the options I had. He took care of the replacement from start to finish. The crew that came to install the new equipment were all professional and did a fantastic job. Quick and efficient. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service this company provides and will be calling on them for future HVAC needs. Thank you!

There is a reason that Madd Air has all 5 star reviews. Everyone I dealt with while getting my new AC installed was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my new AC system installed. Justin was awesome and willing to answer any question I had at any time. Brittany at the office got me added to the schedule the same day that I called so that my family did not have to go without AC any longer than needed. I will ise Madd Air for every AC/heating service I need and will recommend them to everyone.

Justin and Camilo were fantastic. Both were knowledgeable about what could have initiated our problem as well as how to address the issue with our heater. The pair arrived two hours before the estimated arrival time given by the company and completed the job in an hour. They were friendly and personable, even remembering the last time they serviced our house three years ago. Wonderful company, highly recommend, and will absolutely use again!

I called Madd Air on a Saturday morning because my heat quit working the night before. As always, they responded very quickly. Camilo was knowledgeable and extremely patient. He offered us 3 different options/resolutions to our issue and took the time to explain each one in detail. Thank you Camilo and Madd Air for providing customer service the way it should be!

I contacted Madd Air as a second opinion for my underperforming air conditioner.

These guys definitely know what they are doing. The technician appeared to be thorough in his investigation and confident in his diagnosis. He showed me exactly where a leak was with the electronic refrigerant sniffer. It's nice to see techs with the right tools and best practices.

I felt comfortable enough with their expertise that I asked them to replace the coil in the attic and they were able to schedule the work a few days later. That kind of thing takes a significant effort and the team that installed it seemed well-organized and efficient. The final product looks like they built it for long-term value and that's exactly what I was hoping for. It looks like they even fixed some shortcuts the original builder's contractor may have taken when the house was first built.

The air conditioner has worked flawlessly so far (one month). If I have any updates about my experience I will try to remember to update this review.

One note: I emailed first, but when I did not get a response I called on the phone and they were very pleasant and helpful.

I think Madd Air hold themselves to a high standard and I appreciate that as a customer. I will continue to call them for any future needs.

I had visited with one of the sales reps in the spring about a new Trane air conditioner/heater. In the fall it was time to replace so I wanted to speak with the owner of the company Charlie and we installed a new Trane AC/heater. I was very impressed with Charlie and have been very impressed with the help that we received from Madd Air when our older system needed to have the drain line redone. The pricing for the new air conditioner/heater was very spot on and we were happy with the install and the service. We just had Joseph do our spring maintenance were very happy with him. This company came very highly recommended to us and I am forwarding that recommendation they are a great company to work with. I felt like the other companies that I interviewed with were trying to increase the price too much and I felt like Charlie was very honest with his pricing and not trying to push other products on us.

We chose Madd Air because of the reviews and they are local. We got a whole new system because ours was old and stopped working. The sales experience was professional and pleasant. The crew was respectful and professional. We have asked for a couple of personal adjustments after the installation and Charlie has come through impressively. We recommend Madd Air.

I had 2 furnaces installed in my attic a couple months ago at a fair price. Their work was professional and they went over and beyond what other companies had even discussed with me about the installs. Madd Air left my attic looking better than when they started. I just had the city inspection on the furnaces and he said everything looked good. In fact, he stated he was unaware of ever having a problem with any of their installs. You may pay slightly more for their work but I found they more than made up for the price difference.
