My boss had recommended this company. I was in need of a A/C and furnace replacement as my A/C was about 13 years old and no longer running efficiently. I had humidity issues and my current unit was struggling to keep the entire house cool. I called Madd and they sent out Sam. He checked out my entire system, gave us a recommendation and a price. Although the cost was more than I wanted to spend, I’m glad I did! I have never been so comfortable, even when my home was brand new! Our humidity issue is no longer an issue and our A/C is cooling all the rooms at the correct temperature. No more hot/cold spots! Thanks so much Sam and all the guys at Madd Air!

So I called Madd Air based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Brittany was great by phone and handled the scheduling and Sam came out to do the work. He was awesome. Our heat was out so he took a part from one unit we don’t use much and installed it on the broken unit that we needed to work. He ordered the part that day and showed up the next morning with the new part and had everything up and running. Excellent service from everyone involved. Price for parts and labor were well beyond fair in my opinion given multiple trips. I won’t be calling anyone else to work on my system.

Let me start out that I have been burned by other Hvac companies. With Madd this was not the case at all! Britney the lady that set up the appointment was polite and ready to help. Justin the service tech was early to the appointments. Broke every detail down to me that was going on with my ac unit and took his time to explain other information pertaining to maintenance and future replacement needs. They even had the parts needed for the repair at the warehouse which surprised me since it was an older unit. They were in and out and I was enjoying the cool air in no time. I can’t thank Justin and Madd enough for the excellent service. Will definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Sam has helped us multiple times and done great work each time. He has come out quickly the same day I have called. He was able to identify the issue right away and returned promptly with the parts we needed. We really appreciate having a local company we trust, who knows what they are doing and is fast and available.

The gas valve on our heater was stuck so we had no heat on a Friday night. The entire team was beyond nice and made every effort to help us. Camilo spent his Friday night figuring out our problem then was out first thing Saturday to get our heat back. He was incredibly professional and explained exactly what had happened and how he would fix it. I highly recommended Madd Air because they have taken care of us so well.

Quick, professional and honest service! My AC wasn’t cooling and my home warranty HVAC company had their phones turned off. The humidity was getting close to 80% and I didn’t want to wait. I reached out to Madd Air and Sam Sparks arrived quickly. He charged the unit and explained that there was a coolant leak. Now my house is comfortable while I wait to hear back from the home warranty guys. It’s great to have a HVAC company that I can rely on in a pinch.
