I had an issue with the service initially. The owner of the company reached out to me to make it right. Based on how the owner responded, customer service is important to these folks.

Today my AC stopped working and Justin and Joseph were able to come over quickly and replace the capacitor and clean out the vent lines that were causing my system to shut off. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company again for any other issues that may arise. It is very refreshing using a service company that is so honest and friendly.

We have lived in our house 17 years and it finally happened, our AC needed to be replaced!
Justin came to our house, tried all the things, but in the end we needed to install a new unit!
He took a very long time to prepare and then explain all our options. He also called The company for us to check on the warranty on a part previously installed. The extra time and steps this company takes is one of the many reasons you should use them for your ac/heating needs! Installation was great and we are now very comfortable in our home!!

Great service and price on ductwork installation. Joseph from Madd gave me an actual consultation that I really appreciated. He recommended new insulation, and a UV light for cleaner, better air.
Here’s the kicker - the price was competitive with another provider that only quoted me for the ductwork, and couldn’t explain why my attic was so dusty - meanwhile, Joseph answered that question on the spot as well as several other questions that I had. These really are folks you can trust, and fair priced!

We have been with Madd Air for years and love doing business with them. Early last week, I called to schedule a tune up and they were able to come on Friday. Camilo was the tech. He was thorough, answered any questions we had, and was a pleasure to work with.

In the past, Madd Air saved us during the hottest time of the summer when we had an infant, toddler, and an elderly parent. Despite it being a weekend, they were there within hours of our call and fixed the problem.

When our unit finally went out, we bought a new one from them. It is one of the best investments we’ve made with the best company to work with.

We have used Madd air for our spring and fall services for several years now and I am absolutely certain they have helped us prolong the life of our VERY old A/C. I know with a lot of things you get what you pay for, but with Madd air we have always gotten much more. They always have the best prices, do excellent work and aren’t pushy about selling a new unit. The same guys have been with them for a long time so I know they must treat their employees well too. Today we had their newest employee, Camilo, but he has obviously been trained well to the MADD air standards of quality service and we look forward to seeing him for our regular services in the future.
