Madd Air Heating & Cooling

My gas furnace wouldn't turn on called Madd Air they came out same day Sam diagnosed the issue quickly. When motor arrived Camilo came out to install it and everything is working again. Thanks to Sam and Camilo for providing prompt and professional service. Highly recommend Madd Air and will use them in the future for my HVAC needs.

Recently had to replace our AC and furnace. Justin was our technician, loved working with him. He was very helpful and spent time explaining our options and answered all of my questions. He very knowledgeable and experienced. Will be using again in the future.

I really can't say enough about Madd Air. Sam came and gave me a quote and very fair. Their service is the Rodeo Drive of Air-conditioning Companies. Sam was so patient and answered all my questions. If I could give them 30 stars I would. AAAAAAAA +++++++++. If you are considering getting your A/C repaired or replaced go with Madd Air.

So very thankful for finding Madd Air. They were able to correct inadequate installation issues that were done by another local company. They described what needed to be corrected and performed the work quickly. We signed up for the winter and spring servicing and have been extremely pleased with Justin and Sam and their professionalism. The people working in the office are also professional and welcoming. Overall every experience we have had with Madd Air has been positive.

Sam and his team from Madd Air did a great job on replacing my old A/C and Heating System. They where on time, very professional and delivered on all of their commitments, from our original quote. Price was very competitive, and I have no reservations about using them again in the future. I highly recommend Madd Air!!!

Justin walked us through the various options for full HVAC replacement, including duct replacement. The crew showed up on time, had us cooling by the end of the first day, and finished up the next day. They were professional, and did a great job for us. We are happy with the work and nice job they did bringing our HVAC up to date!

I lost A/C in early July when it was starting to get really hot. We called Madd Air and they made an appt to come out the same day. Our homes original A/C was not repairable anymore (dead after 17yrs of use). Note, we had service just about every other year on the unit while we have lived here and the past few years they said its not going to make it much longer so it was not that big of a surprise for us. Madd provided a quote the same day the unit went out, and installed a new one the very next day. Sam, Charlie, and Heather were very professional. We did have a hiccup in the install where the unit was not sized correctly which could have been disastrous for many A/C companies. I called Madd Air, Charlie came back out, reassessed, and I had a replacement unit installed the next day. I was really only out of A/C for a day. The first unit was just a 1/2 ton to small but was able to keep our home around 75° - 77° when it was very hot so we were by no means in terrible shape until we got the bigger unit installed. Thank you Madd for your responsiveness and willingness to make everything perfect. A happy customer.

We had our heat go out on a Friday night in the middle of the night. We called Madd Air based on our experience with them in the past. The call was placed on Saturday morning around 8 am and Camilo Rosales showed up at our door before noon that day. Camilo was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. This put us at ease and let us know that our best interest was a top priority to Camilo and Madd Air. My wife and I will more than likely be purchasing an entire system from them this week. Great company with great people!

From start to finish my first experience with MADD was top notch. From the greeting by the receptionist and her arranging for someone to come out today to the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the owner who fulfilled the assignment on a very timely manner, I was greatly impressed. I will be calling on them anytime the need arises and referring them to others. Highly recommended!
