Madd Air Heating & Cooling

We love MADD Air! They just replaced our inside and outside unit and it was such a smooth process. Camillo answered my many questions and was very patient with me. He was there the day of install to make sure I understood the process and even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with everything. Great process!

MADD Air is the best! Super responsive, always arrive in the timeframe given, keep you updated, etc. Our AC unit went out on a weekend, and was a bit of a beast - so we needed a few service calls to get us cooled off through some 95 deg days. They were able to get us scheduled, assess the issue, reach out to the manufacturer to check for warranty, and get our system running ASAP. MADD props to Heather who went out of her way, not only to schedule us, but keep us informed of part ETAs, tech scheduling and timeframes and also an after hours call. She is a rockstar!! Charles the owner also assisted us on an evening repair and he was amazing as well. Y’all call on them if you need heating/cooling work - we will never use anyone else.

I have used several AC repair companies over the years and Madd is by far the best!! About 3 years ago I was in need of serice to my AC and was tired of the same mediocre service I had been receiving. I happen to find Madd. I am glad that I did. They have always been super easy to work with. Alway have been on time and very professional. Justin has been out here each time he is exceptionally thorough. He takes the time to explain the problem in detail unlike the other companies. Thank you Madd!!

I called several companies to inquire about repairing my heating/air unit. Madd Air was the best price at $60.00 for a home visit. Other companies wanted $102.00 for a diagnostic visit.
Sam Sparks was so friendly, courteous as well as on time. Sam was also extremely professional and located the problem in minutes. I admire Sams integrity of fixing my heating issue so promptly.

During the 100+ temperatures here in the Houston area our A/C went out. It was a very old unit and needed to be replaced. We had replaced our smaller unit 8 years ago with a different company and it was a terrible experience. I was concerned because of my past experience. Camilo came in checked everything, gave us a quote and answered all questions. MADD Air exceeded all of our expectations from quote to installation! I had an issue with my 25 year old A/C and already had a quote for a replacement from the company that did my pre-summer check-up a few months before. My neighbor had used Madd Air and was very pleased and impressed by their service.
I called Madd Air and Justin came out and reviewed our set up and provided 3 different options for replacement. Justin did a great job of explaining everything without pressuring me. The options presented were a better value than the prior quotes I received, so I went with an option that worked for me to replace the A/C and duct work.
The install crew was friendly and did a great job, and cleaned up when they were done. The owner came by to inspect the job before the install crew left, and to review and explain the new equipment to me. I was impressed by the professionalism of this company and will recommend Madd Air to my friends and neighbors.

I'm so glad I called Madd Air! We needed a whole home AC all new everything! I had a quote from another "big" company here in Kingwood and their costs were just astronomical. Sam Sparks came out, explained options to me in a logical way, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! We decided on an option and his team came out next day to install everything. The Owner even came by for final sign off. Madd is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with! Prices are fair, front office was efficient, Sam was friendly and intelligent, their install team worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, and Madd offered the longest warranties on parts and labor! Highly recommend!

Sam was very courteous and thoroughly explained what needed to be done before he did the repair. He showed me the part that had failed and quickly got the job done. Madd Air made this experience a lot less stressful from the friendly lady I spoke to when I scheduled the appointment to Sam who came to our rescue.

Madd Air has been great both times we've needed their services. They are on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Justin was great about going over what was going on with the AC and letting us know how they would be able to go about fixing the issue.
