The team from MADD Heating and Cooling was exceptional in every aspect. From Heather in the office getting back with me within minutes to set up an estimate visit the next day, to Justin who came out and explained several options for us and finally to Turix who coordinated the hard working installation crew. Bottom line. They were prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would and ready to get started right away. Their technical knowledge was impressive, and they were able to answer all of our questions with ease and confidence. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with no issues or complications along the way. Communication with the team was excellent before, during, and after the installation. Justin and Turix kept us informed every step of the way and were always open and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We had an evaporator coil fail on our upstairs unit. Justin came and diagnosed it quickly. He was extremely helpful in walking us through the repair process. Madd Air is an exceptional HVAC company that provides top-notch service and goes above and beyond for their customers. About a decade ago, during a scorching summer night, our A/C unit failed, and we contacted Madd Air for assistance. Charlie, (owner) arrived late in the evening and informed us that the outside unit needed replacement, which he promptly installed the next day. To keep us cool and comfortable during the night, Charlie set up a temporary cooling unit for us. Today, the new unit that Charlie installed continues to function perfectly.

More recently, we needed to replace the ductwork in our attic, which had tears and failed in multiple places, causing some areas of the house to be cooler or hotter than others. We also had dead zones that required attention. We contacted Madd Air for help, and the Madd team came to our rescue. They replaced and rerouted all the ductwork, added vents to eliminate the dead zones, and even provided additional storage space in the attic. Charlie personally inspected the work to ensure that it met our expectations.

We also opted to add blown-in insulation, which has already made a significant difference in our comfort and energy bills. We highly recommend the Madd Air team for their excellent work, dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to providing industry leading service.

MADD AC came out and looked over our system. They were up front with the options. Joshua reviewed the options with us. He was courteous and friendly. The new system was installed. The installers were efficient, courteous and clean. Joshua explained all the information about our chosen maintenance plan.

5 star service from Sam at Madd Air! Found a solution when other companies told me I needed to spend 13k on a new AC! He saved me more than half the money and installed the unit the next day! Use Madd and ask for Sam!!!

Camilo came by to maintain and fix a couple issues on our ac units. He was very informative which was very helpful. I highly recommend this guy for the job.
