Uni-Serve Air Conditioning - Kingwood

I have used Kingwood Univ-Serve several times, each with outstanding results. It is a first-class company with exceptional employees. Today, like the last service call, came near the end of the day. Both times, John came out and promptly diagnosed and repaired my air conditioning problem. After an already long day, John extended his workday, so I could sleep in comfort. That is old fashioned, REAL customer service! I wouldn't consider using any other company. Thanks, John, you're the best!

we first used uni serve when our fan went out. john told us we were eventually going to have to replace the whole unit since weve had it for 20 plus years. he said if we replaced it, then hed give us out money back on the fan. which he did. fast forward to the install. they did an amazing job. had a few problems over the weeks, and i gave them calls. they came out. fix everything and even caught a mistake thats been the same for 20 plus years. they fixed it, for FREE. it wasnt even their fault! but john caught it and him and the guys came out and fixed it for us. amazing company. forever a customer!

Uni-Serve recently replaced my AC unit when my 13 year one finally quit. I received 4 bids to do the work but I chose John and Uni-Serve. Why? Because John was at my house to give me a personal quote within 30 minutes of me calling. He was extremely professional and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I got the right product. He was fair in his pricing and started the job within 24 hours of finalizing the deal. That kind of response time in the middle of the summer blew me away. Additionally, he let me borrow a portable AC to help keep the house tolerable for the kids. His installation crew was professional and courteous, and seemed to have care for detail. I read a lot about different brands when trying to research for this, and I read over and over that the quality of the installation is as important or more important than the name on the product. That belief, coupled with Uni-Serve's amazing warranty compared to the competition is why he got my business. And it's why he will keep my business for as long as I'm here. I will tell everyone I meet that has HVAC needs in this area to use Uni-Serve without hesitation.

Update a Year Later - so Google won’t let you write two reviews so I want to add on to this one. My other AC starting acting up last night. If you don’t think your AC company would talk with you at 6PM on a Friday and then be at your house the following morning to repair, then you need to switch to Uni-Serve! John’s commitment to customer service is outstanding whether it’s a full replacement, or just a service call. You will not regret using this company for your HVAC needs.

Our A/C stopped working last Thursday and I called home warranty. The lady said someone would come out Friday. Then, no surprise, Friday I get an email that someone would be out Monday. So I looked on Google and Uni-Serv was the first company that I called. John said he could come out. He was here before 6, found the problem right away. He got it working for us and let me know the motor was going out and he could get one Saturday morning. Sometime over night it quit on us. But just as he said, he would get another one. That he did. Got us all fixed up an cold again in a matter of a few hours. On top of that, his prices are definitely fair to say the least. I know we won’t be calling anyone but Uni-Serve!

John and Randy were awesome and truly professional!!! A company in which you can feel comfortable that all your a/c needs will be met. Our home AC unit failed last Saturday--hottest time of the year. We had out of town company as well. I called a couple of companies we had used before and no one could come out until Monday and they gave us quotes that were quite high. I called Uni-Serv-family owned and operated and got quick response. The owner, John worked with us to get something within our budget and the unit was replaced on Wednesday! Also, John and his daughter brought out to our home, two portable AC units on Monday since they could not come out until Wednesday. That really helped and I appreciate it very much. Uni-Serv deserves a HIGH FIVE in our book! Thank you John, Randy and the rest of the crew.

Called Uni-Serv and John came out within 1hr. He knew what was wrong and made the repair within 30 mins. Compressor would not turn on due to a blown capacitor. John had a new capacitor with him so AC was back online and cooling in no time. I recommend Uni-Serv highly.

I've used uni-serve to replace both my units. The service it top notch, the price is great, and the install team is fantastic too. They put down drop cloths to protect our floors and even swept and vacuumed when they were done. Great company, great people, and great work!

I have a couple of condos that needed brand new AC units. I called Uni-Serv and they had a tech out to my properties quickly. They were even prepared to put in temporary units until the new ones could be installed. They got both condos done in a very thorough and timely manner. I'll recommend Uni-Serv to anyone looking to have their AC unit repaired or replaced.
