Uni-Serve Air Conditioning - Kingwood

I called Uni-Serv at the recommendation of a friend and couldn't have been any happier with the service that we received. In particular, I would recommend Hector, who professionally resolved the issue we had and offered input on a related matter that had us concerned. Both were resolved within 3 hours of us engaging the company. You all will be hearing back from us for all of our HVAC needs.

Uni-serve has serviced our AC twice since we have moved into our home a few years ago. Their technicians quickly troubleshot and repaired the units each time. The most recent issue was caused from a failed compressor motor which was able to be diagnosed and repaired the same day I called and without my wife or me being home! They simply left an invoice for me to call in a credit card payment (and we feel the fees are reasonable). We will use uni-serve in the future!

Uni-serve AC is a class act. I have used them in the past and used them again for a thermostat issue for our upstairs unit. John came out and within the hour the problem was fixed and we have cold air again. I will definitely call them again.

Great company, great service , they really are awesome. In my case it was a Saturday when we call them because the A/C was down. They went to our house on a Sunday, installed a temporary (used unit) to restore a comfortable temperature in the house. and then they changed it for a new one the same week .... so glad I found this great team. Replaced and upgraded entire HVAC system - worked very well with me to get the additional items I needed and preserve access in my attic. Staff was extremely conscientious and helpful, they explained what they were doing and helped me understand the new system. Totally put me at ease with the new capabilities and technologies installed with the new system.

Called on a Saturday afternoon, was there on Sunday morning, a little late but called to let us know he was going to be late which was outstanding. Zeroed in on the problem had AC unit back working in less than an hour. I was expecting a $300.00 bill, it was nothing like that very reasonable. I have used them for several years now and highly recommend. John and Randy are good honest people.

They saved our bacon twice. The first time several years ago when our AC went out and the home warranty wouldn't cover repairs. They were honest enough to help is discover we could get a few more years out of our furnace.

When the furnace went out, they provided quality service and went the extra mile by providing temporary AC us. Use these guys. They are top notch.

We have been customers of John and the Uniserve team for more than 15 years. In addition to our own home, we have replaced AC units for our parents, kids, and several rentals. Our units for our home were old and always seemed to break when we had an event scheduled. Randy was always able to come and rescue us from the heat! The service is great, they are very personable, and I have priced other companies and Uniserve cannot be beaten!

WOW is all I can say JOHN IS AMAZING!!!! we replaced our 10 year air unit and after many people coming out and saying no there is nothing wrong and ripping us off by constantly putting freon which isn't cheap finally we called around for a bid we had one bid 6k another bid another one wanted to charge us almost 8k... that was absurd one guy wanted to charge us and not even include a warranty! JOHN came out was honest and upfront complete joy to work with!! and his price was awesome! in my opinion I believe no one can compete with him esp his customer service hector one his guys who helped replaced the unit was awesome and very respectful I forgot the other guys name but they were both great and professional! I can go on and on but seriously if you' don't use John and his services than you're missing out! best around and I will go no where else but to him! Thanks again John! P.s. Uni-Serve were recommended by friends. We were having an issue with our upstairs AC. We called first thing Monday morning and they said they would be out that afternoon. They showed up on time and replaced a capacitor and we have nice cool home again for a fair price. Thanks guys, highly recommend Uni-Serve!
