Uni-Serve Air Conditioning - Kingwood

John and team are great!! Had an issue with our heater and they were at our house that day to assess the problem. We had a very old unit and was all rusted out. We decided it was time for a new furnace and also a new AC unit. We were able to schedule a complete installation of a new AC unit and furnace the next week. They were at our house 9 am sharp as they said they would be and was complete by early afternoon. We couldn’t be any happier with their service as we have used UniServe in the past for tune ups. We will definitely use them in the future and love that they are local to Kingwood!!

I’m a few years late on my review but I love uni-serve! They have been there for us since our very first call. They worked on my 20 year old unit time and time again until we finally gave in and replaced it brand new. They installed a brand new furnace and 4 ton American standard AC unit. They also replaced our entire air ducts and installed a honey well filtration system onto our furnace for my kids allergies. Any issues I have ever had they come and quickly fix it. They truly are amazing. Back when we still had our old 20 year old unit and our AC went out again they offered to bring window units to keep my house cool for our family. I don’t know any other company who would do something so thoughtful like that. This is a company you want to have in your pocket for life. They are seriously amazing!

Very professional and reasonably priced. Professional installation...the installation crew really cared about installing the system correctly and made sure the drains were built out for the long haul. Received follow up call checking to see if we were satisfied with our new air conditioning system. Overall a very positive experience.

Uni-Serv may be a small HVAC company based in Kingwood, Texas but the team at Uni-Serv has not once, in the last 8yrs, been anything short of top notch professionals.

I will continue to use Uni-Serv as my HVAC company as I know through experience I can always depend on them to honestly tell me the issue, give me a fair price, and do the job correctly the first time and on-time.

John and his technicians did a complete replacement of our two HVAC systems in our house and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have been your customer since 2014. Had a whole new unit put in, have since moved houses. Then have gotten matienance done at our new house. They have always been quick to get an appointment in, respectful, courteous, and well priced. Won’t call anyone else!

John is very timely and cost effective. John provided several options when it was time to renew the main A/C and furnace unit for my home. He was eager to review and explain the differences provided within the options and help me choose the best fit for my home and my budget. The repair crew was very courteous and clean. They did what they said they would when they said they would. Most importantly they stayed with the quote provided even when some minor issues presented themselves during the install. Overall I had a very good experience with John and his team and highly recommend using them and will use them again myself when it is time to replace the upstairs units!
