John and his crew were prompt to arrive, safe regarding virus protocols and professional. Hector and Randy did the install. Both were knowledgeable about both the old system being replaced (25 years old) and the new system recommended and being installed. All required permits had been pulled and posted. During the install, we asked questions and answer were quite informational. The reasons why the old systems performance was cascading into complete failure and the cost/benefits of just doing the full replacement of the system. The main benefits will be seen in the electric utility bill, but as important will be the quick ramp-up of household comfort in both the heating and air conditioning response. When install was complete, Randy checked the the electrical panel and through his experience found that the breaker needed to be swapped-out to pass the pending inspection. City of Houston inspection was passed quickly and the inspector said he is familiar with Uni-Serve and the quality of their workmanship. The project was the third we have done with Uni-Serve over the past eight years. We have recommended them to neighbors already, but most importantly to family. Delightful contractor to work with.
