John was super helpful throughout the process and went out of his way to let us borrow his personal portable AC units until the New Unit was installed! It literally was a blessing cause we were out for about a week after just getting back from vacation, definitely not what I wanted to come home to. Sitting in this Texas heat is no joke without AC, makes you appreciate it just a little more. But the instillation took no time at all and we have AC again! We can’t Thank you enough for your generosity and the easy install!

John and his team replaced both of my ac units and both furnaces. They presented me with the best price out of several quotes and discussed the pros and cons of the various options available. When it came time to do the work, they arrived on time and took their time to make sure everything was 100% perfect! After the job was complete, John came out again to re-inspect all the work and to go over the operation with me. Great experience and I am glad I chose them for such a large investment in my home! Fantastic service, honest, and reasonably priced, exceptional work. My evaporator coil went out so I called John; his crew worked non-stop in my 100+ degree attic until a new coil was installed and my AC was back in working order. I can't recommend Uni-Serve enough.

I give Uni-Serve a big thumbs up, and here's why. Our A/C unit was intermittently freezing up and not blowing cold air. I called a supposedly 5-star company that I found on the Internet, and they sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. He looked at our old A/C and then tried to scam me with a quote of stuff that I didn't need and with an outrageous price for installing a new A/C & furnace. I politely told the guy that I'd think about it and then did a little more research and found Uni-Serve. John with Uni-Serve was completely straight-forward with me and gave me a quote for the work that was almost half of what the other guy quoted and was about the same price that I had paid for a new unit about five years ago. I decided to go with Uni-Serve and they did the job efficiently and quickly and charged me exactly what they quoted - no games. For honesty and professionalism, I highly recommend Uni-Serve.

We had an awesome experience with them. John even worked with us to find the right model and brand of ac that fit our budget. They are very reasonable as far as pricing and very detailed and quick to perform the work. After the ac died on us in an 98 degree day they took care of it all and we had a whole new system in less than 24 hrs. John even come over himself to check that everything else was working fine in our house, from opening closed vents for better flow to recommend to wait to replace the units that are still working well until we can afford it. I’ve been a customer of John’s for 10 years. Just as he did the first time I called on him when my air conditioner went out, he personally came out today on a weekend, diagnosed the problem and had me up and running within an hour of his arrival. He and his crews are prompt, professional and courteous. Uni-Serve is my go to Air Conditioning and Heating service hands down.
