John and his crew have been providing great service for the past 5 years on all of my rental properties as well as my personal residence. They are always quick to respond to my call and provide an honest evaluation and provide me with options to save money. There are many AC repair companies in the Houston area and they are by far the best in the business.

My house was 82 degrees and rising!!! We tried everything. I was desperate for help. I began calling companies and they were all closed or couldn't come out until the next day and their service fees were high. I called Uniserve and within 30 minutes John was at my home and gave us hope! John diagnosed the problem and let us know what needed to be corrected. Straight forward! Honest! No upselling, no nonsense! We followed his advice and have an AC that works like new! John will be our go to AC guy!

We replaced the furnace and air conditioning unit on our first floor. John and his team were amazing, courteous and prompt. I love the American Standard thermostat that I can control with my phone! It is like a mini computer and I can adjust the schedule so that I never have to touch it. I am seeing savings on my electric and gas bills already.

John and his team are great! Very willing to explain things and answer any questions we have. They installed two units for us over a year ago and they have been working wonderfully. Our electricity bill has been cut in half! Thank you!
