Uni-Serve Air Conditioning - Kingwood

Called John last night about A/C not working. He said a tech would be out this am. Randy showed up this morning and identified the problem right away. He made the repair and unit was up and running within the hour. Thanks Uni-Serv for such excellent service.

I used Uni-Serve in August, 2016 and have the utmost respect for this company. My air conditioner was going out and First American Home Warranty and NorthStar Mechnical was suppose to replace my air conditioner, they gave me an awful quote and never returned my calls. My office had used Uni-Serve and referred them to me. I called and spoke with John, he came out immediately and brought a room air conditioner since it was close to 100 degrees. He replaced my air conditioner and I had to go to court to get anything from First American. Uni-Serve has let me pay as I could and never questioned me. I think they are an exception and I recommend them to anyone who has a problem with the cooling or heating.

The A/C blower motor bearings failed on a hot Houston afternoon. John, the owner, pulled Randy off a big installation job and got him out first thing the next morning. Randy pulled out the blower and identified a worn cage as well. Fortunately he assembled the new ones at the supplier and identified an imbalanced cage, and was able to resolve that just in time for him to install it at the hottest time of day. Poor guy was soaking wet with sweat in the attic, working hard to be sure we had a working a/c ASAP. I found him out at the condenser, giving it a good cleaning. Randy is personable, very experienced and really knew what he was doing.

By far my best experience with an Air Conditioning service company. I called on a Sunday and they were at my door the next morning. They saved me a ton of money too when I had to have a furnace replaced. I won't use anyone else.
