Great job. Jeremy was pleasant, professional, on time and he did a fantastic job, as always. Jeremy also found a leak in the drain line in the attic, which he promptly repaired. If left undetected, this would have flooded the ceiling in our laundry room. The savings on the insurance deductible more than paid for the cost of the maintenance plan. Thanks Jeremy!

David was so thorough and professional. We had been previously diagnosed with some problems by another company that were estimated at $2000. David found that one of our issues wasn’t even a problem, and the other wasn’t as serious as the other company told us. Total was $550 rather than $2000. Plus he was very pleasant! Thumbs up for the entire company!

Our technician, Ray, was on time and very professional. He checked our A/C system which was having a leak in a pipe outside. He cleared the clogged drain. We also noticed the outside unit running loud. He checked and the capacitor was not operating at full strength. He replaced it and now it runs much better and quieter. We’re thankful to have a good relationship with a reliable and reputable a/c and heating company!

Wow! Made a call to Spencer’s AC and they had someone over within half an hour. Fixed my a/c unit super quick and it’s back to cooling us off. Others I called had a week wait for a repair call!

If you are considering replacement for your old HVAC system, look no further. Spencer just installed Carrier Infinity units (2) in our home. I knew our old units were noisy and inefficient but didn't realize how bad they truly were. The new ones are so quiet you have to check to see if they are running. The house felt more comfortable almost immediately.

Justin explained all the options in great detail pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of all the options. But I never felt as though he was trying to upsell us.

Joel and installation crew were fantastic. They were courteous, professional, and competent. They covered the floor and stairs, wore masks, and cleaned up very thoroughly. The attic is cleaner that it was when they arrived. I've never dealt with a better crew for any home maintenance or repair service.

There's a reason this company has been in business for so long. They do it right!

It's 100 degrees outside and of course our A/C stops working on a Friday 4pm. Our regular service provider couldn't send someone til next week, so I called Spencer's and they sent a repairman within an hour who was very polite and quick to diagnose the problem. Really appreciate the prompt service at what I know is a very busy time for them.
