Had an issue on a Saturday late afternoon and Charles was out the same day. Professional and explained everything quickly to us. Thank you!

I'm a realtor that needed to have the HVAC system checked on a listing and a t-stat installed. Called Spencer Air in the morning and they were out the same day to take care of the work. Ray was very professional. I would definitely use this company should I have a future need.

We had a/c technician David Cummons come to our home twice for a/c service maintenance. David is awesome! He is courteous, professional, honest and friendly. Because of David we continue to use Spencer.
Spencer is a great company! They were there for us when we needed immediate a/c service on the weekend.

4/17/2023 Charles came out to do a system check and was quick, efficient and very nice. Really appreciate having someone like him come to do my AC check.

6/12/20 AC quit working and within a few hours after I called Jamal was here - cheerful as always and fixed everything quickly. Spencer AC is great on communicating and letting me know who is coming and when. They are great at communication.

Feel so fortunate to have them doing my AC work!

Anything I have to say will be 100% positive. Oscar and Rod were the technicians. I had to purchase a new unit and they were professional, efficient, and just fantastic. So pleased a friend referred me to them. I highly recommend them. Honest, quick service, and an overall great experience.

Jamal came out today for my system checkup and could not be nicer or more helpful. Love having people like this do my maintenance and care at my house. Appreciate you all more than I can say.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He arrived with the replacement parts needed to repair my heat. To say he went above and beyond would be a understatement. It is never crowded along the extra mile and this technician/company strives there
