Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating

AC went out during the night (at 3:30 AM heat index was 96°). Called at 5:30 AM and yes, someone answered (they are legit taking service calls 24 hours as advertised. The person I spoke with (she told me her name, but did I mention it was 5:30AM) was helpful and friendly, especially noteworthy given the early hour. Raul showed up first thing, diagnosed and repaired our AC within about 30 mins We have been using Spencer for several years now and they deliver as promised each time. We have a regular maintenance plan with them, that got us same day service. As you know in TX going without AC too long is not pleasant. Really cannot say enough about Spencer Air. They have a hardcore loyal customer in us. Thanks for being FANTASTIC!

Spencer reacted quick and sent Raul same Day i called on a Saturday although I said it could wait for next business day.
Raul was very professional, located and fixed the problem (motor flywheel) of our furnace in 20 minutes.
For the issue we had I thought it was a bit pricey
but I can’t complain about the overall service

Spencer's tech, Ray was superb. My call was handled same day. Ray was efficient and thorough in diagnosing and fixing issue. Spencer will be my first call in the future.

Charles was on time as scheduled visit and worked diligently .. provided what he would be inspecting, provided explanation to the work needed, cost to do the work and part to install. Charles was friendly and courteous.

Spencer is fantastic! All their people I've interacted with (today it was Ray Randles) are always timely and considerate, they do fantastic work, and they are kind in the process.

After 3 other companies failed to come out to fix our A/C, Charlie was a breath of fresh air. He agreed to come right out to fix our unit. He was professional and personable. When it became obvious that one unit need to be replaced, he contacted the Operations Manager who discussed our options. We were impressed with the entire Spencer experience from beginning to end. They return calls promptly, keep you informed of the order and installation status, and provide excellent service.

The experience started off quite rocky. I was to receive a callback but that never happened. I called on a Monday and finally a technician was her on Thursday, 4 days later. I needed a part so it was late Friday afternoon before it was fixed.

Charley was wonderful. A knowledgeable technician, very respectful and kind. He explained everything he was doing, which I appreciated.

There are just problems with setting up appointments. Hopefully it won't happen again.

I have 2 units and one is a Carrier Infinity. Very hard to find a company with technicians that service these units. SPENCER AIR DOES! Their customer service and technicians are A+. You can always depend on this company for a quick response, top notch technicians, on time service, and good value. I feel they are all courteous, professional, and honest.
