Ray came out very fast and took care of our A/C that had stopped working. He fixed it quickly and he was very professional! Really nice guy!

My system was down, thermostat screen went dark. Tech diagnosed and had it fixed in a few minutes. Was also very helpful to explain and show me how to replace filter and answered several other questions I had. Price was reasonable. Tech was super nice.

Extremely overpriced. I was told at first their technician will go and diagnose the problem. Since it was Sunday their price is $150 plus parts price. They came found out compressior is grounded. And they don't have the compressior. But charged me additional $100 for diagnose. Wow

The installation of our HVAC went as scheduled And was completed ahead of time. Justin was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the installation the installers were quite courteous and competent in their install.

Had been without ac for 6 days. My HVAC unit is on the roof three stories up. Lighting and rain keeping anyone off the roof for 4 of those days. Spencer Air Conditioning technician was able to get on roof and diagnosed the problem. 23 year old unit needed to be replaced. They had a crane and crew that afternoon and problem solved. Very happy with all people involved with Spencer Air Conditioning from the receptionist, technician, installers and management.

David was very nice and communicated well about our equipment. We are ready for the summer and I will have Spencer return in the fall.
